GOODLES earns strong reviews for tasting like nostalgic boxed mac and cheese while adding meaningful protein, fiber, and veggie-derived nutrients; many praise flavors like Shella Good, Cheddy Mac, Twist My Parm, and Mover & Shaker and note easy prep and appealing packaging. Reviews also flag downsides: inconsistent flavor punch, occasional salty or bland notes, stomach discomfort from fiber, small portions, and sauce texture issues (thin or coagulating), with some saying it’s not markedly better than Kraft or Annie’s.

These are SO GOOD. I’ve followed the brand for awhile and finally saw them at my Target and grabbed every flavor. They’re all amazing and packed with protein-I’m actually full after eating them. I’m so pleasantly shocked.
Excellent! Tasty! Easy to cook!

So delicious!

really delicious. the only reason I docked it a point was that it is a bit pricey. I would personally pay the higher price for it, but its definitely not worth it for everyone. the flavors were very cheesy and not overly salty (a common issue I have with "healthier" mac n cheeses). I do love that its not a "health" product and its a good in-between regular boxed mac and a health food mac.
Feedback
The only feedback is that it is quite pricey for what it is. 2-4x the cost of a competitor's mac n cheese where I could just add unflavored protein or some chicken and broccoli to supplement the nutrients.
Delivered on everything the box says, it just wasn’t so much better than other boxed mac & cheeses that I’d go out of my way to buy again. I think it’s a great alternative for people who are especially concerned about protein intake. The cacio e peppe flavor really did taste like pepper. The box is striking in a good way; it’s what made me buy it in the first place!
Best box mac n cheese you can find (approved by both adults and kids in our household). Love all the flavors. Even better that it's packed with extra benefits - high protein, fiber and lower calories.
Absolutely tasty, definitely wowed me more than I thought it would.

Like most people price, larger portion sizes, and perhaps a more accurate timing on how long the noodles need to be cooked? Mine were still stiff even after the max time on the box.
Love the packaging, brand ethos, and taste.

Packaging and branding is adorable! These taste delicious! It’s like a healthy version of Kraft. If you didn’t tell me they were healthy I never would have known. Every flavor is delicious!

Had the cheddar cheese pasta, it was amazing!
I recently bought Goodles at Wegmans, and I've been loving it. I am not one to really cook pasta at home, as easy as it is, because I never like the taste - it never ladders up to Italian restaurants. I love Goodles flavor though, and I do feel good eating it knowing the amazing protein and fiber content. It tastes much better than Bonza as well. Perfect for lazy nights when you need dinner.
I bought these for my kids are i ended up being obsessed with them. It's like kraft but 10x better!! The flavors are so cool and the noodles are delish! Also makes me not feel bad about feeding my kid boxed mac and cheese - especially since i'm a food blogger!
Could not love this brand more. So happy to find a nutrient rich mac n cheese for my kids. They love it and so do I!
The ingredients are pretty good for boxed macaroni and most of the flavors I’ve tried are pretty good! White cheddar is my favorite so far, and regular cheddar is my least. The best part is you can’t tell that the noodles have veggies in them!

I'm a pretty serious mac and cheese aficionado, and must say that this mac ranks among the top, even against the less-healthy brands. The main Cheddy Mac flavor, competitive with classic Kraft, has a good, strong taste - even more flavorful than Kraft. The noodles stay quite al dente (often a weakness with Kraft). I will say that the sauce texture is a little strange, it can get a bit coagulated as it cools, but it's not a meaningful issue. The sauce is also BRIGHT orange, even more synthetic-looking than Kraft these days (Kraft has toned down the color in recent years, I think) - but again, doesn't bother me. I often buy this instead of Kraft now, not because it's healthier, but just because I genuinely like it more.
For vegan mac and cheese, look no further. Texture and taste were 10/10.

In terms of these vs regular mac n' cheese: for my money, I couldn't tell enough of a difference to need the less healthy OG stuff vs these "nutrient-packed, high protein and high fiber" variety. And I'm a sucker for a cacio e pepe, so they had me there. Definitely worth a try, especially now that you can find them on store shelves and don't have to order the larger quantities online just to try it.
These noodles are GAME CHANGING! They help remove the guilt of indulgence when adding pasta to your meal, and the flavor is incredible.
Delicious all around!! Several flavors. I love that they have a good amount of protein. I myself will enjoy the entire box to myself and I don’t even feel guilty about it!! Enjoy!!
I am obsessed with these. I regularly go out of my way to Target to stock up on them. My favorites are the Shells + Twists!

An amazing healthy alternative to traditional boxed mac n cheese. I will gladly pay more for these to not compromise my health goals!
