Made this for my boyfriend once in December and he's been asking me for it ever since. You know it's good when he's still thinking about it months later. We saw a variety pack at Costco and my bf basically pounced at it when he realized what it was and added it to our cart. So now we're stocker up. We like that for mac and cheese, it has a good amount of protein and a good amount of fiber, has good ingredients, and just keeps us satisfied after eating it. We recommend.
Goodles gluten free pasta is a good product. It contains protein and fiber so it’s a better for you pasta. The texture was a bit different and took longer for me to cook. Once I mixed it with sauce it was like any other pasta. It was good for me because I regularly eat gluten free pasta but it might not be for everyone.

We love Goodles in our family! There are so many varieties of Goodles and I love the ingredients. I feel good knowing that’s what my daughter is getting for her Mac and Cheese rather than some unhealthy brand!

Honestly super fast making this Mac and cheese. Don’t have much experience making these either. I will say that the food came out a little bit salty in my opinion but it’s no big deal. Will probably purchase again
