Gluten Free Cheddy Mac, 6 oz

My teenage son, who has celiac disease and follows a gluten free diet, likes this brand over all the other boxed Mac & Cheese available in stores. This is the only brand he buys, claiming the flavor and texture is better. As a mom, I am just happy there is something gluten free out there that he likes and can make himself.

Goodles mac was an easy to cook pasta. I didn't notice much that this was high protein pasta made with chickpeas. The pasta alone tastes like normal and the texture is similar but slightly chewier than normal pasta. I love how easy it was to make and how creamy the sauce was. I tried the Cheddy Mac gluten free flavor. One thing I'll say is that it doesn't reheat well. It only tastes good fresh.
