Really like this product idea. I did not notice any difference after taking the pills, but maybe I would need to take them more consistently. The ingredients are great! Highly recommend these to anyone!

I hate feeling hungover, and the older I get, the less it takes to feel awful after a night of one too many. I also worry about the effects on my liver and overall health. I like that you can take this before going out to help reduce the negative effects of alcohol and also to reduce redness (I have mild rosacea so this is a plus).

So far so good! I've only taken these a few times and haven't really noticed alleviated hangover symptoms, but it seems like the ingredients are really clean & simple and it feels great to take a protective supplement before a night out! Love the concept & I'll definitely keep using them!

I really put it to the test by taking 2 a day for a couple days before a concert with some sort of heavy drinking involved (like 4 negronis and some vodka crans lol) The next day while still a bit hungover, I was able to fully function with energy and not feel so terrible. I did not get heartburn which is a HUGE plus for me. Plus these are great supplements to keep with my other vitamins as well. Great branding as well :) ps - super quick shipping too

I don’t normally drink much (both in terms of frequency and quantity) so it’s a little hard to tell how much it works. I do think it does help a bit. I’d probably make an effort to take it if I had an occasion where I was likely to drink a lot, but if you’re a 1-2 drink person I don’t know that it’s necessary. It can still be nice to have though, especially if you’re health-conscious and want a little peace of mind about enjoying the occasional drink.

Really high-quality multivitamins and benefits are hard to find in most brand with the mushroom blend and I think it’s quite effective. You use it consistently. It is pricey for the low pill amount however.

I was impressed with how this supplement worked! I never tried supplements for hangovers so I was not sure what to expect but I do feel it helped alleviate the symptoms.

The number one thing I look for in terms of liver protection is glutathione. And this has it. Ironically I also happen to be Asian and this has actually kind of helped prevent the glow :)

I really can't tell if this helps my gut and liver or not after a night out. I feel as though the result of the next day solely depends on how much alc is consumed. 3 stars because I'm unsure.

this is great to have on hand if you're a drinker. i find it effective, you just have to remember to take it. i've purchased similar products and my problem is that i forget to consume before drinking.

Tried for gut health. Not sure if anting is happening, but I do feel okay overall. I haven't tried it to help with drinking, but will keep it in mind.
