    I didn't see or feel much of a difference in taking these before drinking alcohol. I don' t think it hurt either but did not find that hangover symptoms decreased. The capsules were easy to take and not as large as I thought they were going to be.

    While I can’t say for sure, I’m somewhat confident these are beneficial to my liver and body overall. Love the simple ingredients, there is really nothing creepy like many other products on the market.

    I love the concept of this and the fact that this only has a few, good ingredients in it. I tested this a couple times to see how well it would help me the next day, and this really does work. Normally I get that slightly bloated feeling the next day like my stomach is just "off" and I didn't feel that either time when using this. The second time I tested it I did have a slight headache, but that went away when I drank a hydration drink. I didn't feel any dizziness or "spinning" like I do sometimes either.
