Reviews mention

  • Effortless, natural makeup effect
  • Beloved, compliment‑magnet fragrance
  • Lightweight, comfortable textures
  • Iconic, chic packaging
  • Sheer, low‑coverage bases
  • Inconsistent scent longevity
  • Occasional packaging fragility
  • Sticky gloss, drying lipstick

Glossier impresses in reviews for delivering easy, natural-looking makeup—standouts include Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, and the much‑praised Glossier You fragrance—while drawing criticism for ultra‑sheer coverage, inconsistent longevity, and packaging flaws. Reviews say the brand is good for “no‑makeup makeup” days and everyday scent, but skincare feels basic and shade range and recent reformulations (You, Balm Dotcom) disappoint some users.

  • Love the cloud paint- super natural look and feel but gives nice color

  • I love their Milky Jelly Cleanser, Solution, Priming Moisturizer, Boy Brow, Lidstar, and Generation G Lipstick—basically all of my essentials!

    Feedback

Their packaging could be more ecofriendly

  • Love Glossier - I've tried quite a few of their products and I can't live without some (love the Solution and Glossier You perfume), but there are other products of theirs that I'm not a huge fan of such as the Boy Brow. Would stick to their skincare products.

  • I like some of their products, but have been disappointed with others. Like: futuredew, haloscope highlighter, cloud paint Didn't like: skin tint, soothing face mist, wowder Packaging is super cute.

  • Affordable makeup and skincare with cool millennial friendly packaging :)

More options for different skin tones

  • Love the aesthetic of glossier. Love how the products look in my vanity. Just like every brand there are some items that are amazing and some that are meh. I love the brow gel, but could pass on the lip/cheek tint.

    Feedback

Re-formulate the lip/cheek tint to be more pigmented.

  • I love Glossier. My personal favorites are the skin tint and cloud pain blush. All of their products give you that no-makeup makeup look that I love. They ship pretty quickly and the pink "bubblewrap" the products come in is so versatile. The brand aesthetic is lovely overall.

They could work more on sustainability, but I know that they have started to take initiative already. There is also any option at checkout for less packaging which is good to see.

Love Glossier's boy brow, lash slick mascara and stretch concealer. The beauty bag is also great, you can fit so much in it!

  • I was a sceptic but think that their products absolutely work. I like how the branding of certain products is less millenial pink and is growing up like their core customer. I have also had a great experience when buying in person at pop ups.

  • I wish I didn't like it but I dooooooo 🙈 I don't care so much for the packaging and aesthetic, I just love that it's perfect for what I need. I'm ok that it doesn't stay on my face for 6hrs straight, I'm always on the go and I just want some light fun colour on my face when I have the time for it. It's easy feel good makeup.

Bring👏 Back👏 Eyeliners👏 Seriously. I don't care that Glossier Play is not part of the branding umbrella or whatever, but those eyeliners are the only thing that ever remotely stayed on my oily sweaty ass monolids.

  • Fun packaging, minimalist approach to skincare/makeup, straightforward product usage. Cloud Paint is awesome, gives such a nice natural glow and doesn't dry too tacky.

    Feedback

I feel like most of their products now have drugstore dupes that are just as good, if not better, than Glossier. Some of their products really didn't deliver for me. The lipstick smells like crayons and looks extremely patchy, regardless of how moisturized my lips are first. For the pricepoint, I expect great things.

  • I don't use any glossier skincare, but really like a lot of their makeup because its easy to use and gives you more of a natural look. Boy brow is definitely the best! I also love lash slick, cloud paint, haloscope, and skin tint.

    Feedback

Boy brow and lash slick seem to run out much more quickly than any of my other makeup brands. I'd also love to see something similar to skin tint but just *a little* bit heavier and maybe more "clean" makeup products (or details on which ones already are).

  • Can rave about this brand forever and ever! Their packaging/ brand mission and values, pricing, all 10/10. LOVE their makeup products- not as big of a fan of skincare but their makeup is a must. I have cloud paint and their eyeshadow stick and both are a part of my regular makeup routine.

  • Always get soo many compliments when I use/wear these products. especially the glossier you which I made a video about on my tiktok @sapphire4ngel. Amazing! Will keep rebuying these products in the future!

  • I’ve always had mixed opinions on this brand and the products they provide. While Glossier you is my everyday perfume, their other products tend to be poor quality and overpriced for what they are. Glossier you isn’t great though, and such a go to for me.

  • While the packaging of the Cloud Paint is adorable, I found that the blush doesn’t have much staying power, and is difficult to blend. It’s also hard to control how much you get out of the tube, so I end up with a big glob that is wasted at the end of applying the makeup

  • Love the liquid blush (cloud paint) and i liked the tinted boy brow…and I really wanted to love the lip balms especially since the packing is so cute and flavors/scents are fun BUT i really don’t find them as hydrating as I’d like

  • I've been using Glossier since about 2017 and the one product I'll never stray from is Boy Brow! Big fan of their concealer, Lash Slick & Cloud Paint (blush) as well :) They're the perfect no-makeup makeup products in my opinion. The concealer isn't thick/cakey and warms up super nicely. The Lash Slick basically makes it look like my lashes, but better.

  • Every time I stray from this mascara, I regret it. It does what it says — and looks really natural and simple. I’ve had very little trouble with smudging and it comes off easy with an oil or balm cleanser + warm water.

  • I have used their eyebrow gel. It’s so easy to go on. You can’t see it after it’s on. My eyebrows don’t budge all night. It’s an awesome product . I highly recommend glossier. Their brick and mortar store is so fun to shop at too
