Glossier earns praise in reviews for effortless, no‑makeup makeup staples like Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, and the universally complimented Glossier You fragrance, which many call a signature scent. However, reviewers flag inconsistent makeup payoff and longevity, polarizing skincare efficacy, packaging flaws (leaking body oil, cracking lipstick caps, messy Cloud Paint tubes), reformulation disappointments (Balm Dotcom, You perfume), limited shade range, and some products feeling sheer, basic, or short‑lasting.

I love glossier’s products. The lash slick used to be my all time favorite mascara when I preferred a look that was more subtle but enhanced my features. The cloud paints are my favorites because I love their shades and they are nice when you want to use a nice, subtle makeup look. This brand is what started a lot of the clean girl makeup trends which is what has caused brands like rare beauty to succeed.

Some of the skincare is overpriced for what you get. It isn’t really innovative and for that price there are definitely better things on the market.
Long time Glossier user over here. There have been very few products that I haven't liked. My favorites are: Haloscope, Cloud Paint, and Body Hero body wash.

Either the Solution face wash or Futuredew made me break out - not sure which one because I bought them at the same time.
Overall good packaging and pretty makeup products. On the pricier side of makeup but if you like the effortless no make up makeup look, then this is for you.

Packaging allows for some product to spill, especially after a long flight.
Boy brow is pretty much all that's worth getting. There are not that many stand-out items here.

A few hours fiduciary are great but most are just ok

Boy Brow is great color. Rest of make up isn’t great.

Glossier fills the gap in the beauty industry of “no makeup” makeup. Amazing brand.
This is an unusual circumstance but my niece is an adult with an intellectual delay, so when I look for gifts I want something that is useful for her lifestyle, but not too adolescent. These products fit the bill. They are a great gift because you can customize the set for any price point and they come nicely wrapped and feel luxurious.
All of Glossier's skin care products work well for me, particularly their cleanser and serums. Compared to most other skin care brands their prices are very affordable. I haven't tried too much of their makeup, but their concealer is the only one I use. I also love their packaging and stickers.

I would love if they came out with more new products.
Love the products and simplicity of website design
Love Glossier! Love the packaging, love the product, love the way it makes me feel special when I use it! Their perfume is so delicious I don't know why anyone bothers with anything else.
BOY BROW, LASH SLICK AND BODY HERO BODYWASH ARE MY FAVESSSSSS! I looooove love love glossier’s marketing, packaging, and brand experience. However they have gotten lost along the way. I’ve been purchasing for 5ish years, trying out almost everything - the lipstick, cloud paint, the liquid matte eyeshadow, the moisturizer, the exfoliating bar soap, the highlighter… the list goes on. I have sworn off trying their stuff bc I do get disappointed often. However never by my two faves - boy brow and lash slick.
I have been using the exfoliate for years now and love it! It has made my skin clear up so much!

My least favorite item are the balm dot coms. The formula is a little too think for me.

I used to love this brand but lately I feel that the quality has fallen off. Their packaging has always been cheap, which is fine, it helps keep their prices low, but the last few items I've tried feel cheap on the inside as well. Boybrow is a great product but I swear there's hardly any formula inside, it lasts me like 2 weeks only!
Feedback
Serum was too sticky. Eyebrow gel and mascara have too little product, they only last a couple weeks, which is especially nuts for a mascara.
Glossier has been the OG minimalistic brand. Their serums were the first actual serums in the skincare routine that worked and were hydrating. I still use their beauty products like skin tint, concealer, dew, bobby brow, wowder, and more. They don't make my skin breakout like the other brands and they are under the affordable category compared to the new beauty brands in the market.

Keeping up with the market innovation
I've tried a good amount of glossier products. It really tends to be hit or miss for me. I think boy brow is great and their perfume is very pleasant. Their body scrub bar is also really effective. However, their body oil made me break out, their body lotion pilled up on me, and their mascara kind of sucked.

Make things as effective as they are aesthetic.
I have tried various of their products. I like that their products are lightweight and provide a dewier finish. If that is not your thing then you might not like this brand.
I really like Glossier. My favorite products are the exfoliating bar soap (which I swear is made from crushed windshield glass and feels amazing), the Body Hero body wash is totally luxurious, and the Body Hero moisturizer. They smell nice and last a long time.
Feedback
Their price point is pushing me away from them. That and the lack of discounts unless you buy their groupings which often aren't the products I want.
Obsessed with the lip products. I love the product aesthetics. The quality is super high. For a non-makeup wearer, it's very approachable.

Honestly nothing!
Helped me whenever I had dry skin

Help me understand what products to use
I love their Boy Brow, but found the other products were mostly hype and cute packaging.
