Glossier impresses in reviews for delivering easy, natural-looking makeup—standouts include Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, and the much‑praised Glossier You fragrance—while drawing criticism for ultra‑sheer coverage, inconsistent longevity, and packaging flaws. Reviews say the brand is good for “no‑makeup makeup” days and everyday scent, but skincare feels basic and shade range and recent reformulations (You, Balm Dotcom) disappoint some users.

I've used the balm dot com and the You perfume, and both products are fantastic. I still have all my products and I bought them several years ago, so they last a long time.

I have no feedback on what could use improvement. It's all lovely products.
Not worth the effort to order everything online, many similar products can be found in Ulta or Target. The only product worth noting is the liquid bronzer, I like the applicator for this.
Feedback
The skincare products are very simple and overpriced for what their ingredients are.
I was really excited about Glossier after seeing several tiktoks on how easy it was to use for that "no make up clean" look. I purchased several items: - Cloud paint in Spark - Perfecting Skin tint in G10 - Stretch Concealer in G10 - Lidstar in Lily and Slip - Skywash in Pool and Palm The Skin tint and concealer were really lightweight, super light coverage, but easy to apply and layer. The Cloud paint was really pigmented and easy to blend out. The lidstar and skywash eyeshadows severely hurt my eyelids and caused them to be dry and flaky. After reaching out to Glossier, they informed me that there are some ingredients that people have reported allergies to and refunded those items from my order. I appreciated their willingness to do so.

Glossier doesn't claim to be a clean beauty brand so I can't criticize them for that, but it seems like the formulation in the Lidstars and Skywash eyeshadows cause allergic reactions for several individuals.
While I do like a couple of their products - they are something I could very much do without. Lots of unnecessary fragrance and my face doesn't feel clean after using.

I probably own one of everything from Glossier, and I have yet to be majorly disappointed. My favorite products by far are the perfume, future dew, and the lipsticks. Everything smells delicious and does the job, and the packaging provides a luxurious experience at a low price point.

The only products I haven't been completely happy with are the Zit Stick and the Matte liquid eyeshadows: both ended up being less than effective and not very satisfactory. However, these are the only products I have not been thoroughly impressed with.
I've tried a few products from Glossier, and overall nothing was bad about the makeup. It was just... unremarkable.

I just wasn't wowed by any of it. The makeup applied and looked generic on me.
I have tried so many Glossier products over the years and have had positive experiences. My favorite products include boy brow, milky jelly cleanser, and the perfume. I once received a faulty package, and customer service immediately sent me out a new one. Such a great, seamless experience! If you're near a Glossier pop-up or permanent store, I definitely recommend checking it out! They are all so beautifully designed.

I've heard some negative things about the workplace culture at Glossier. Hope that that changes soon.

The stretch concealer that is intended to be buildable, but I just don't prefer how thin it is. Boy brow is AMAZING and fills in those space spots in my eyebrows! And the generation g lipstick in zip is so fun and light--only complaint is that it tastes a bit like play makeup from childhood.

Love their products. Perfect for the natural feel of makeup

Some of the sponge applicators for their lip products start feeling really dirty after a while. Would love a different applicator
The products are great for everyday and feel super light on the skin!

Could have more diversity in shades
The boy brow is my new go to product, it goes on really easily and stays on for the entire day.
Feedback
The boy brow dries out quickly.

More scent options
I'm deeply committed to my Glossier faves like the balm, Body Hero line, and-- my favorite of all-- Glossier You. They've definitely expanded their offerings over the past few years but I'm a big fan of their staple, basic items like skincare and barely-there makeup. Overall thumbs up.
I really wanted to love this brand and products. They are cost effective and have a great range of items available, however these products didn't really do anything for me if not adverse impacts to my skin. I was very drawn to the aesthetically on-trend packaging and branding. Overall, disappointed with the products inside however, which was a bummer.

I either really love Glossier products or don't care at all. I still wear You every time I go out and love the balm.com, but their actual makeup products don't interest me much.

Love Glossier’s aesthetic from their website to their brick and mortar locations. I’ve tried a number of products over the years and I have to say, as cute as they are they are NOT for people with oily skin.
Feedback
Offer a larger variety of products for different types of skin. I love the dewy look but that happens pretty naturally for me…
Glossier is just okay. I don't find the skincare that effective and the makeup tends to lack pigmentation and staying power. It's definitely made for people who already have flawless skin so don't expect any crazy results from their products. I will say though that I love their Hero Body Wash and Lotion along with their You perfume. The scents are really lovely.

Higher coverage makeup and skincare formulated for more problematic skin
Glossier has great packaging and some of my favorite products that have turned into makeup bag staples.

Huge fan of Glossier. Made sure to purchase and try each of their new items as they launched both their skincare and makeup collection. I think I was more amazed and consistent with their makeup line though. Some faves that I always repurchased were Boy Brow, Lash Slick, Stretch Concealer, Cloud Paint, and Balm Dotcom. Tried their Primer and Moon Mask from their skincare collection but I wasn’t a fan.
My girlfriend wears the perfume and I always enjoy the smell. It’s become a bit of a family affair for her, as her mom has gotten a bottle for herself too.
