Reviews mention

  • Effortless, natural makeup effect
  • Beloved, compliment‑magnet fragrance
  • Lightweight, comfortable textures
  • Iconic, chic packaging
  • Sheer, low‑coverage bases
  • Inconsistent scent longevity
  • Occasional packaging fragility
  • Sticky gloss, drying lipstick

Glossier impresses in reviews for delivering easy, natural-looking makeup—standouts include Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, and the much‑praised Glossier You fragrance—while drawing criticism for ultra‑sheer coverage, inconsistent longevity, and packaging flaws. Reviews say the brand is good for “no‑makeup makeup” days and everyday scent, but skincare feels basic and shade range and recent reformulations (You, Balm Dotcom) disappoint some users.

  • Love their products. Nice packaging and shipping boxes. Great customer service and friendly staff and the mango balm is to die for. My must have for everyone.

  • Greta products! I use the body oil wash daily and obsessed. The smell is amazing and my skin feels so soft. I also use the cover up and it covers so so well.

  • Love their boybrow but wish it came in more shades. They need a dark brown between the brown and black.

  • 5 stars for Glossier You! 4 stars for everything else. Glossier has created such a FUN brand that I totally got sucked into :) I have made many purchases, am a boy brow enthusiast and love their store experiences. They make makeup and skincare accessible and cool. I definitely waited in line for their Seattle pop-up (before they established the official one) and had such a great time. Quality is good for price, over time I've found a few dupes that do the job, but there will never be a dupe for Glossier You - it's the all-time best!

  • I love Glossier’s cute packaging and overall look. I’ve tried several makeup, skincare, and fragrance products and there are definitely a few standouts. Their You perfume is a really nice, light scent at a great price. Maybe not a ton of staying power, but it’s nice to have as an option. I’m also fully obsessed with their cloud paint. Somehow every single color looks great on my very fair skin (in varying amounts) and it blends and stays all day! They also carry a great clear gloss that’s not overly sticky. Nothing I’ve tried is a holy grail that I keep in stock, but I order from them when I think to.

  • I love makeup, but sometimes I feel like something a bit more minimal. Glossier is my go-to for these days, with skincare, balms, creams, and pigments that leave me looking and feeling fresh-faced.

  • Absolutely loved the brand when it first launched! The ‘clean girl’ aesthetic and the millennial pink branding were great and completely on point. My favourite products are the future glow and boy brow eyebrow gel.

  • I love their makeup and branding but I'm not super blown away by their skincare. My favorite products definitely have to be the lipsticks and the cloud paint! They have a beautiful array of shades that look super natural on the skin.

  • I absolutely love the sleek packaging. The product smells AMAZING but I feel like it does not last as long as I would like it to (after application).

  • So excited Glossier is now sold in Sephora. Allows you to go in and try all the product. So far I have tried the Cloud Paint in Storm & the Milky Jelly Gentle Gel Cleanser. So far I like them. The cleanser is especially great for added hydration for my dry skin.

  • I’ve used Glossier on and off since their launch in 2014. I’ve tried almost all of their products at this point. I used to really love their products and their mission in the early days, but lately all of their newer products have been so underwhelming. Nothing is innovative or “holy grail” status for me. Most of their new launches feel like watered down versions of time-old favorites from K-beauty, J-Beauty, and French pharmacy products. Their formulas are fine if you’re just getting into skincare or makeup as a teen or early 20s, but if you’re older these products will be mediocre at best.

  • I love the lash slick and the generation g lip stick (but I use it as blush), glossier is a great company, It feel effortless and it's not intimidating which I enjoy. I've never used any of their skincare products but I love their makeup.

  • I have tried several products from Glossier, and will continue to try more. The perfume has been my everyday scent for several years and I don't see that changing anytime soon!

  • A bit overhyped. Love their lip balms, especially after they reformulated and changed the applicator. FINALLY no more sticky fingers.

  • I love these products that I have tried so far including: You Perfume, boy brow, lip gloss, and eyeliner all of which I would repurchase again and again. I do not love these few products: the solid You perfume ( a little too heavy and not useful although very pretty), lip G in Zip (too orange on me and not moisturizing), and the brow flick (much prefer the boy brow). Their packaging is always cute and their products do last a long time.

  • I used to love glossier, however I feel like they are reformulating all their products, but their makeup is perfect for light minimalist makeup. I especially love their old balm dot com formula, the new one just isn’t as hydrating :( I will say i love the experience of opening my glossier package, or even shopping in store. this brand has truly reinvented the shopping experience.

  • Not a fan of the makeup products as the coverage is way too light for my preference but I love the fragrance! Whenever I wear glossier you I get tons of compliments!
