  • Compliment-magnet signature fragrance
  • Seamless, buildable cream blush
  • Natural, defining brow gel
  • Gentle, lightweight cleanser
  • Inconsistent shade inclusivity
  • Sheer, short-lasting formulas
  • Fragile, leaky packaging
  • Variable scent longevity

Glossier earns praise in reviews for effortless, no‑makeup makeup staples like Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, and the universally complimented Glossier You fragrance, which many call a signature scent. However, reviewers flag inconsistent makeup payoff and longevity, polarizing skincare efficacy, packaging flaws (leaking body oil, cracking lipstick caps, messy Cloud Paint tubes), reformulation disappointments (Balm Dotcom, You perfume), limited shade range, and some products feeling sheer, basic, or short‑lasting.

  • I can’t speak to all the products sold by glossier but the brow pen and the mascara as the best I’ve used - and I’ve used a LOT of brow pens especially.

  • I find their no makeup branding is a little bit too "no makeup." Their products often blend into nothing and don't last very long. Additionally, the shade range leaves a lot to be desired. I used to use the fragrance and like that more than the makeup.

  • I love the face wash and lash slick but some of the other products are a hit and a miss. I find the lip products to be a bit drying.

  • I cannot say enough good things about these products. Currently, I own skincare, makeup, and perfume from this brand and the quality is incredible for the price point.

  • Poor quality products. Was very difficult to apply and it just smeared everywhere. Please make it less painful to use.

  • Glossier perfume is one of my favorites! The scent is unique and lasts all day. I used up every drop of the bottle lol and I would always get compliments when wearing it

  • I've used a lot of Glossier products since the beginning, on and off for the most part. But Cloud Paint is the one that has always and will always stay. I have every color. It's natural looking, doesn't budge, you can perfectly control how much/how little you want. If I'm running out the door, it's concealer and Cloud Paint and I'm good for the day. Glossier has expanded their shade range over the years and I've honestly found a use case for every one of them. Other notable products from Glossier: boy brow (great but runs out too quickly) and the You perfume (a staple, she's beautiful).

  • Unique products that are minimalistic, high quality, and help me feel and look great! I love the boy brow because it’s convenient and easy to use and not too harsh. The eyeshadows are all so pretty and pigmented. The shopping experience is also amazing, stores are all so cute :)

  • I love using this perfume. I smelled it on someone else and it smelled great. I tried it on myself and it smells different, but I wanted something that smelled like Chloe after all the top notes had dissipated. I think it does have that musk smell that the Chloe has, however it doesn't last nearly as long. Sometimes the Chloe will last until the next day even though I've showered and everything. I think it lasts max 5 hours on me and then I would either have to reapply or put something else on.

  • I really enjoy the simple packaging and like that it comes in smaller volumes since it's pretty rare for me to get to empties. I shaved off 2 starts because it is pricey and I didn't really "love" any of the things I bought.

  • Glossier, a beauty brand synonymous with minimalism, has curated a collection that celebrates natural beauty. Their skincare and makeup products, like the iconic Boy Brow and Cloud Paint, effortlessly enhance without masking. The emphasis on dewy, fresh-faced looks is reflected in their lightweight formulations. While the range may be limited, Glossier excels in providing a no-fuss, chic approach to beauty, making it a go-to for those who appreciate simplicity and a touch of everyday glam.

  • I’ve used multiple products from Glossier - Cloud Cream, Super Dew, Boy Brow, Balm Dot Com and all were very nice. The balm smells very much like an inexpensive product I used to get when I was a little kid but it is very functional and does what it should. The colors are rich and highly pigmented. Cloud Paint is easy to use. I didn’t care for the skin tint because it was the wrong color for me with a yellow undertone but it did feel nice and provided buildable coverage. Super Dew is very nice and makes your skin look hydrated and bouncy. I LOVE Boy Brow! Perfect color for me with just the right about of easily useable color. It totally polishes your look. Overall, I enjoyed almost everything and would recommend these products.

  • Used a few of their balm.com lip products and they’re lovely!

  • I walked into the store in Soho and it’s an immediate vibe. I’m not much into makeup but the You perfume is so nice. I sprayed it and left thinking I didn’t NEED it, only to end up going back after I couldn’t stop obsessing over the smell. I purchased it and have used it for daily wear and have been really pleased.

  • Love the makeup (cloud paint, boy brow, eyeshadows, bronzer). Used to use the skincare but have moved onto other things. The branding has always been beautiful to me too

  • I had gotten the shade "Zip" and it's a very flattering red (context I have light olive toned skin). I loved that it applied matte with sheer, even layers. One issue I had was that it wasn't very moisturizing and I would have to apply another lip balm every time before an application. Making the product more moisturizing might compromise the matte finish, so maybe a fast-absorbing, hydrating ingredient might be the solution.

  • I would buy the cloud paint and the boy brow again. I liked the scent of the perfume, I had the solid perfume, but I found it didn't wear that well and after a few hours you couldn't smell it at all.

  • I try the lip balm from this brand and the color is quite nice. The issue is I would have to constantly be replying it in order for it not to dry out my lips. I’m looking for a lip balm. Most people would like something that hydrates my lips for a longer period of time.
