Glossier earns praise in reviews for effortless, no‑makeup makeup staples like Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, and the universally complimented Glossier You fragrance, which many call a signature scent. However, reviewers flag inconsistent makeup payoff and longevity, polarizing skincare efficacy, packaging flaws (leaking body oil, cracking lipstick caps, messy Cloud Paint tubes), reformulation disappointments (Balm Dotcom, You perfume), limited shade range, and some products feeling sheer, basic, or short‑lasting.

Was initially introduced to Glossier close to 6 years ago. Started with their skincare, which I loved. Simple products with no irritation and that got the job done. As my skincare needs evolved, I stopped using theirs, but got turned onto their make up. Their boybrow is still in everyday rotation as well as their concealer and make up remover. The perfume is another hit being light and very versatile. And there will always to a balmdot com in every one of my pockets, bags and vehicles. And the bonus stickers and pink bags are great!
Adorable packaging design, mediocre product. I like the fun tubes of balm, lip products, concealer and cloud paint. The boy brow is good but I get an allergic reaction to it for some reason. Overall everything is ok but it’s the aesthetics that I’m here for.
While maybe not the hottest beauty/skincare brand anymore, they're still the only makeup brand I use. I love the mascara because it's lengthening and not too volumizing/chunky and it doesn't flake off. I love the new eye liners they just released because they slide on easily and are smudgeable (great for people with minimal eyelid space). I also use the boy brow daily it has the right amount of product/style for day to day brows. Cool packaging, efficient shipping, great price point.

I would say I wish they were in retail stores, but I just found out they'll be in Sephora soon! My only critique product wise is that I wish boy brow would have a longer brush.
The packaging is cute, and for the most part the products are simple enough that they can work for the average person. I think the makeup is fun and the products themselves are too, and very user friendly for those who want simply and easy skincare.

I have used certain products for long periods of time and never really saw results, which always makes me skeptic of it its sold as a cute product versus a working product.
In the past, in Glossier's heyday, they were at the forefront of the clean beauty trend. However, they now face stiff competition at similar price points and have begun raising prices while losing their previously great customer service. I do love their cloud paints--they last FOREVER which is great for the consumer but perhaps less so for a company that wants to keep clientele coming back.
Got their perfume and it was so good. The smell is amazing and worth the cost.

Great brow gel, but I don't relate super passionately to the brand, ie would never buy merch etc. Don't like their lip balm, aquaphor is much better!
I've been using glossier for over 8 years. Their lotions (priming moisturizer regular & rich) have been my go-to moisturizers since high school. They don't feel heavy on the skin and have always calmed my skin during breakouts (they never aggravate anything). Other favorites include: the greens mask, the lip balms (expensive for what they are though), the vinyl lipstick, the lip gloss (!!!).

Some products I've bought but don't think are worth it: boy brow (does not hold), the moons mask (some people love it, I don't think it does much), futuredew (makeup, even light makeup, never sits properly on top of this for me).
I love the lip balm specifically the birthday cake color, it’s clear, sparkly and smells so good. It’s also so thick and good at hydrating. I also tried the gloss which I love and the blush which was ok.
Have used numerous products over the years! The perfume and brow gel are the best ones. I wouldn’t bother with the balm, it’s just a balm.

I’ve never been a big make up person, glossier got me into skin care and makeup in my twenties. This brand is accessibly priced with a FEELING of luxury, regardless of if they’re actually a luxurious product

I have been a die hard Glossier fan for years, but my obsession has faded recently. My go-to products are Boy Brow and Cloud Paint, but I’ve swapped out my other daily products with different brands. It’s harder for Glossier to stand out in the market these days, as so many other brands seem to be following their playbook while bringing more interesting products to market. Glossier is a great brand for people who are just getting into makeup/skincare, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve outgrown it for more high quality brands.

I love a lot of Glossier products! Boy Brow and Lash Slick are always in my makeup bag. I liked Body Hero a lot, but I went through the body was pretty quickly. Milky Jelly Cleanser wasn't for me, but I know several people who love it! Shipping is always quick, and I love the pink pouches they come in for traveling!
There are some things I really love about the Glossier brand, though now I think it's being eclipsed by other brands like Rare or Merit. They were the first to really prioritize a wholistic online shopping experience that included both liking their products but also buying into the "cult" of the brand.

I think unfortunately, their packaging has always been form over function. The cloud puff blushes are some of my faves but impossible to use the tubes. The first iteration of lipsticks i had to get replaced twice bc their caps broke.
Good website experience and the products are good quality and perform exactly as you'd expect.
Of the products I've tried, I've been impressed with their quality. I think the products are easy to use and no fuss. I really enjoy their Boy Brow and Jelly Cleanser.

I haven't tried everything in their range but I'm not as impressed with their skin care offerings.
I absolutely LOVE glossier products. Their eyeliner is my #1 go to, and I frequently will order their boy brow. I haven't taken the plunge and ordered cloud paint yet, but it's on my next up list.

I have been purchasing from Glossier for years now and love the brand. My repeat purchases are the Milk Jelly Cleanser, Balm Dotcom lip balm, and Boybrow. Packaging is always cute and products are worth the money.

I wish there were more ways to sample the products before committing to the full sizes.
Great brand that seems to focus on dewy, natural makeup. I also really love their perfume. I have only ordered products from the website and also had a positive experience. I enjoy that they include stickers with order and also love the bubble bags they ship with.
Not fussy makeup that enhances existing features.
