Reviews mention

  • Effortless, natural makeup effect
  • Beloved, compliment‑magnet fragrance
  • Lightweight, comfortable textures
  • Iconic, chic packaging
  • Sheer, low‑coverage bases
  • Inconsistent scent longevity
  • Occasional packaging fragility
  • Sticky gloss, drying lipstick

Glossier impresses in reviews for delivering easy, natural-looking makeup—standouts include Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, and the much‑praised Glossier You fragrance—while drawing criticism for ultra‑sheer coverage, inconsistent longevity, and packaging flaws. Reviews say the brand is good for “no‑makeup makeup” days and everyday scent, but skincare feels basic and shade range and recent reformulations (You, Balm Dotcom) disappoint some users.

  • The Glossier You perfume smells wonderful, but the scent doesn't last long at all. While it's on the cheaper side for perfumes, it doesn't feel worth the price.

  • I have mixed feelings about Glossier. I love and will always use their Boy Brow, mascara, milk jelly cleanser eyeliner. However, I hate the new formula of their lip balms. It’s not as moisturizing as the old formula (with the flat tip) and I feel like I have to keep reapplying it.

  • Glossier's makeup game is a rollercoaster of vibes. The Balm Dotcom is straight-up bomb, giving major moisture love. Cloud Paint is cool but not totally rocking my world. Perfume? Nah, not my vibe at all. But, hold up, the mascara boy brow are legit fire – like, seriously good. Glossier's got the hits and a few mehs, but it's all about finding your groove.

  • So far everything I've purchased I'm super happy with! They have these paint shadow things that i LOVE! Makes my eye make up routine super quick and easy. I also LOVE their eyebrow flick thing, it looks like REAL hairs.

  • The funny thing about turning 40 after spending the past 15 years obsessed with skincare is how more subtle, natural makeup compliments me more than a full face. Glossier has got the formula DOWN for your-insert feature-but-better looks, My favorites are the cloud paint (I have 4!) for a healthy wash of color on cheeks, nose bridge, eyes, and even lips. It's undetectable texture just enhances what you have. The same can be said for the Lash Slick - a formula I had dreamed about for years before finding this. It darkens my lashes, lengthens and enhances them, while still looking like you're wearing nothing.

  • Love glossier as an overall brand! My repeat purchases are the Milky Jelly Cleanser, Invisible Shield, and Futuredew. Good price points and consistent product wise.

    Works for Glossier
  • Had the whole product line when it first dropped, loved it ever since! Beautiful on the skin and achieve a go to look which I love! Skin care and fragrances are amazing!!!

  • I love there new deodorant! I've already been through two of them in the green packaging.

  • I have the boy brow and the liquid eyeshadow and I wear both religiously. Also nothing beats the balm dot com. Such a great brand.

  • I am honestly so disappointed in the downfall of Glossier after they expanded. You would think with so much more coming in, they would commit to staying true to their amazing product. They’ve changed the formulas to a lot and honestly so heartbroken they aren’t my staple anymore.

  • I am so in love with the perfume. It is the only thing I have worn for the past year and I never get sick of the scent. I get so many compliments on the scent and it's not too clean, sweet, or floral smelling which I like. The scent is so ambiguous and can be worn by anyone for any occasion. Note: the spray bottle is good, but not a fan of the solid perfume. The packaging of it is cool and satisfying being kind of heavy in the hand but IMO it didn't last as long as the spray and you can only rub it on the wrists or neck.

  • The Glossier blush is a very natural look. The product melts into the skin and looks very natural.

  • Love glossier products! They are clean, and hydrating, and simple to use. I especially love the blushes and the perfume. I’m all about clean beauty and Glossier really delivers on that.

  • Their marketing and brand expression are fun, thoughtful, and consistent. The products are hit or miss— I love the cloud paint and the lip, but some of the skincare is tacky and ineffective. I’m excited to try the stretch foundation and concealer.

  • Boy brow is the best eyebrow gel I’ve tried. The applicator is the perfect size to maintain control and not accidentally go outside of my brows. The gel itself is a good brown color and lasts all day.

  • tested the blush and i love it, super pigmented !

  • I feel like Glossier has basically turned into pricy drugstore quality makeup and skincare with trendy branding. I wasn't really impressed with any of the items I've tried but I found their packaging and branding attractive. To me, this is makeup for adolescents and people in their early 20s.

  • Love my Glossier lip products! I love adding a little color to my lips but have always struggled with products that were either too drying and uncomfortable, or too thick and shiny. Glossier is the perfect texture to moisturize and provide a little extra something to your look!

  • Love this perfume, whenever I have it on somebody gives me a compliment on how I smell!!
