Reviews mention

  • Chic, luxurious packaging
  • Complex, bitter flavor profile
  • Versatile mixing options
  • Convenient, tasty canned spritzes
  • Punishingly bitter aftertaste
  • Murky, cloudy appearance
  • Short post‑open shelf life
  • Inconsistent flavor distinctness

Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

  • I do like the main flagship product, but it's not for everyone. It's very bitter and has to be mixed to be good - I don't love their recommended serve (just with sparkling water). The bottle is nice. The spritz flavors are very similar, from one to another, and all have the very strong Ghia base flavor, so not much variety. If you're up for a mixology adventure, would recommend the main aperitif product.

  • It tastes like ginger hibiscus Fernet, which isn’t awful, but I was really hoping for something less broadly botanic since I bought it as alcohol substitute and like deep flavors.

I would try different flavors if one that was n/a gin themed etc. came out

  • As someone who doesn't drink, I love Ghia! I love seeing it at local bars and making my own cocktails at home! the packaging is beautiful too.

I love this brand. Would love to try the other flavors beyond the classic!

  • If you love slightly bitter, herbal, citrusy cocktails, Ghia is for you. This mixes so well with seltzer and lemon—it’s my go-to when I don’t want to drink alcohol but still want something special. I just wish the bottle would last longer for the cost.

Love the taste of Ghia, plus it looks beautiful on my bar. Just wish it were less expensive.

  • The taste is fine, not too sweet, but it doesn't live up to the gimmick.

  • I purchased a can of the lime & salt after finding it in a super sweet little grocery store. I had seen it online as well as some of my local grocery stores. At $7 my expectations were high but were not even close to met. Although I loved the packaging and felt boujee carrying around a tiny $7 can, the taste was not quite there. For $7, not only is it a tiny can, but the drink also just tastes like sour, sparkling lime juice. Don't get me wrong I love strong flavors, ginger beer is one of my favorite sodas even though it is also meant to be a mixer.

I haven't tried mixing this drink with anything and I'm sure it'd taste alright mixed but for $7 there have got to be better options. $7 may be a fair price range if it came in a larger can or was justified by the taste or ingredients.

  • It's not a successful grocery trip unless I make it back home with multiple cans of Ghia spritz. I really admire this brand, from its packaging, taste, reason for being, and commitment to self-awareness and innovation.

  • I Love Campari, and I love bitter and strong tasting drinks. Unfortunately, I am super sensitive to alcohol. To me, Ghia is similar tasting to a Campari and I absolutely love making mock tails with it.

  • Yummy, but not worth the money. There are other NA beverages that are just as good and less expensive.

  • My partner and I have recently been experimenting with the sober lifestyle, and Ghia products are our favorite alternative to booze! First off, their packaging looks so good! And the flavors, of both the “spirit” as well as the canned drinks, are so good! Can’t recommend Ghia enough!

The price is a bit steep, but so it goes.

  • I adore Ghia sodas!! So much so that there were a few in my stocking this past Christmas. The OG flavor is my favorite out of all of them, and I find them equally delicious as a just a soda or an alcohol replacement. Herbal, botanical, and bittersweet- I'd definitely recommend for fans of Fernet, Campari, or Aperol flavor profiles.

  • GHIA IS DELISH!!! I love drinking it alone over ice or as a mixed drink.

Received a free product from Ghia
  • I stopped drinking a little over a year ago after realizing although i wasn't ever drinking to excess, that it just made me feel crappy. I tried ghia and have never looked back. It makes you never miss having an alcoholic drink once! It's flavorful, vibrant and cute to look at :)

  • I bought the large bottle to give my guests a non-alcoholic cocktail option when I have parties. I have tried 2 or 3 different recipes. The branding was what sold me - but the drink is too bitter for me. I think the flavor is a personal preference, I don't like it, but my fiance and other guests have.

I would try to find this locally if you can and try a can before going all in on the bottle.

  • I didn’t like the taste at first because it was too bitter, but it grew on me. Mixing it with sparkling water made me enjoy it more too.

  • finally a NA bev that actually replicates the feeling and experience of enjoying a cocktail! i love drinking the spritz from the can or dressing it up in a fun glass with a garnish. my fav is the lime & salt.

  • A bartender suggested Ghia for one of his non-alcoholic mocktails as a mixer and it was ABSOLUTELY amazing. For a botanical type drink, it did not taste like the earth or that muddy feeling some botanicals can give off. It actually tasted a little bit like perfectly sweet rhubarb-y soda. And it was so good, I almost asked him for just a straight pint of it!

  • I personally was not a huge fan of the flavor of Ghia. I’ve never been a big tonic person so that may be why but I found this very bitter even when mixed with something a little sweeter. I do think that the packaging is absolutely beautiful and this product is very well marketed. I also like that there is a brand providing sophisticated non-alcoholic options for those who don’t drink!

  • I've been cutting back on alcohol and Ghia has been the perfect replacement spritz. It's complex, bitter, and helps with digestion. I haven't found a better substitute.
