First off, I have to say that I absolutely adore Seed's packaging. The matte green glass, matching box, and mushroom-based "styrofoam" packing are truly nice to hold and look at. I've saved a lot of their boxes in the past to repackage presents in too, lol. Their customer service has always been receptive, and their brand has a great little science-writing element on their website and socials.
As for the probiotic itself, I'm undecided. I've tried their main probiotic (and more recently the "kids" powder formula that you add to drinks) on-and-off for the last three years. I wasn't ever really able to tolerate the two capsule serving size, and would get stomachaches unless I took a half serving (ie, one capsule only.) I did sometimes notice more regularity, but that was maybe all.
In the hopes to stick with the brand (and taking probiotics in general,) I switched over to the kids powder formula to see if I'd get less stomachaches. The answer was... sort of? The powder has a kind of clumpy, milk-sugar taste that is familiar but I can't quite pin down. I still like to take it as an immune-system booster when I feel a cold coming on, but I haven't been able to tolerate it daily. Maybe this is just me, but between that and the high cost (between $30-$50 a month depending on the product,) it's not something I can really justify continuing.
Maybe there is another brand or formulation out there for me that would work better, but I'm not sure. I will say their "Seed Magic" science classes and prize drops were insanely fun, and I still wear the shirt I got for deciphering a little puzzle they doled out over a few week period. Hats off to whoever designed those challenges! The brand is also doing some cool social impact/product disruption things in the future that I will definitely keep an eye on (like probiotics for bees, plastic-eating microbes, and a future line of microbiome-friendly personal care and home products!)
TL,DR: beautiful packaging and uniform colorway, nice customer service and brand info. tough on my stomach personally, and very expensive to keep up with.

Might try again if the monthly cost ever went down, or if a sensitive-stomach line was introduced.
