Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

Best non-alcoholic aperitif I’ve had!
really sick packaging, i love the brand and the spritz tastes pretty good.

i wish it was cheaper.

Love this. Nice to drink at home, or beautiful enough bottle to be the exciting NA addition at a party.
the ghia spritz is probably my go-to non-alcoholic drink. love to have it as a treat or apertif. i think the taste and carbonation is just right!
Feedback
not the easiest to find in stores and a bit of a pricey purchase

Ghia caught my eye with their beautiful packaging, but won me over with the refreshing taste! I never thought it would taste as good as it did and now I love to buy them when ever I see them available. Definitely nicely recommended for anyone who wants a lovely sippable experience of a drink that’s not super sugary, but thirst quenching and relaxing.
Feedback
I think my only feedback is that the can size it comes in felt a little small. And I liked it so much that I wished there was more!
Such a good gift for friends toying with sober-life, dry January, or just for fun. Pricey, especially compared to an alcoholic mixer, but the benefits are a good tradeoff.

Didn't love the canned option as it felt wasteful. Still love these for gifts.

Love!!! The ginger spritz is unreal. Each sip is magical and a delight. Branding on point and the product really is fantastic.

LOVE Ghia. One of my fave drinks that "scratch the itch" when I don't want to embibe with alcohol. It has an incredible taste that I love.
Feedback
Price point. It's a very luxury item, so I don't get to drink it that often as a result.
Fun option for non-drinkers. Like that it is more bitter than sweet.

Wish it was organic.
Been drinking Ghia for roughly two years and love it! I prefer to make my own spritz at home but the cans are great if you're in a pinch.

The cost
A big fan of the bottle and branding but didn't love the overpowering taste. I think by itself or as an aperitif this works, but with food, I found it took precedence over the meal I was eating. Next time I should try with olives or lighter fare. Though I know this probably misses the point, while drinking, I had the thought that this would be made better with the addition of alcohol.
Review is for the aperitif and the le spritz. The aperitif is bitter and botanical, definitely needs mixers (i.e., simple syrup, sparking water, lemon, etc.) to make it delicious (I'm someone who loves bitter and botanical drinks). I really enjoy the original spritz flavor, the ginger flavor is a bit too strong.
Feedback
The bottle says it expires within two weeks of opening which would require consumption almost every night to finish which is a bit unreasonable given how specific and strong of a flavor it is. I'd prefer a smaller format to preservatives. The recipe book that comes with the aperitif is fun to flip through, but calls for many specific ingredients that I assume most folks (me included) don't have lying around the house (rose petals, fresh thyme, orange blossom water).
The little cans I leave in my fridge for my friends who don't drink when they come over. They always appreciate the small things and it makes me happy. They taste really good. On the nights I don't feel like drinking but want a drink these come in handy.
I really wanted to love Ghia. I’m allergic to alcohol so I’m always super down for mocktails and non-alc beverages. However, Ghia didn’t really live up to the hype. The flavor I tried was lime and salt and it just wasn’t tasty. I think it’s because they added bitters which is typically used to mask the alcohol taste but since there is no alcohol, no reason to use bitters.

Make it tasty! Love the aesthetic and branding but the actual taste of the product could use some work.

I wanted to love it. I had high hopes. It was nothing short of awful.
Great taste and satisfies the craving for a cocktail.

I bought Ghia when it first came on the scene way back when. I wanted to love it! But I just did not. I adore aperitifs and bitter drinks in general, but this ended up being just TOO bitter for my taste. The packaging and everything was on point and I love the overall vibe, but it is not the one for me. I would love to try their canned product, though!

I purchased a couple years ago, and it was the summer months, and the cork started uncorking itself during shipment. Though I realize it's a known problem for lots of beverages that bottle with cork, that combined with the "sediment" look and feel of what flavors the product, made the initial experience a bit unappetizing. Hope that's been solved!
Branding is great, just not the drink for me. Every time I try a Ghia drink because don’t get me wrong, I really wanna like it, I take one sip and put it down. It’s super bitter and more savory, so if that sounds up your ally you’ll probably love it.
Feedback
I would love if Ghia came out with a product that is sweeter and or more herbal/floral. Those notes usually are more appealing to me and might help them reach a less niche audience.
Have literally been a customer since day one! I love all of the new spritzes, especially the Lime and Salt (by far my favorite yet!). Great packaging, great taste, can't recommend enough.

I enjoyed making spritzes with this. It has a good amount of flavor depth and it is a beautiful color. It felt relaxing to sip it but I’m not sure how much was placebo. It is definitely a great alternative for alcohol though — I didn’t feel like I was missing out by drinking a basic substitute.

I would love more canned options and I wish it was a bit more budget friendly or closer in line with alcoholic liquors / canned cocktails price-wise.
