The biggest draw for me was the personalized + cohesive set, looked and felt like a major bathroom flex. The coconut scent smelled a bit artificial, the shampoo/body wash/lotion felt pretty normal, but the conditioner was super impressive at detangling. Face wash felt gentle and the serum is hydrating, love using the moisturizing gel for the summer daytime, because it's super mattifying. Again, love looking at my beautiful matching glass bottles of skincare... but maybe that's just me.

To be updated, but the pumps that you can opt-in to for the hair/bodycare bottles have a straw that appears to be a bit short. Nervous about whether or not that will pump the bottom half of my product out in the future.
