Product very nice and longing scent, however customer service not good. Contacted company to advise product packaging failure for St Paul's Eau De Parfum which is a £100 bottle at 50ml, and was told to contact the shop I purchased from as they could not assist. I lost 75% of the product due to moisture absorbing through the wooden top as clearly sufficient testing has not been conducted on the packaging materials. If you are going to sell a luxury grade cologne, then much like buying from liberties or selfrdiges you expect a premium customer service that recompensates for product failings. Will not be purchasing again and will go for a more recognised cologne.

I am constantly redecorating my apartment especially since now I spend so much time in it, and the latest pieces to join my space are from Frama. The Oblique Stool and Distinct Side Table are as gorgeous as they are functional.

Beautiful dishes, however, the ones that are unglazed, particularly, scratch easily (which, I suppose, is quite obvious, but I did not think of that upon purchase). Mine are black, which makes it even more obvious and kind of annoying. Otherwise, the glazed ceramics are gorgeous, durable and very comfortable to use.

Beautifully crafted furniture and lovely home goods, that are perfect as hostess gifts. a very cohesive brand experience and style that stands out, yet fits into most homes.

The soap and perfume smell amazing. They are both herbal and balanced.
