Product very nice and longing scent, however customer service not good. Contacted company to advise product packaging failure for St Paul's Eau De Parfum which is a £100 bottle at 50ml, and was told to contact the shop I purchased from as they could not assist. I lost 75% of the product due to moisture absorbing through the wooden top as clearly sufficient testing has not been conducted on the packaging materials. If you are going to sell a luxury grade cologne, then much like buying from liberties or selfrdiges you expect a premium customer service that recompensates for product failings. Will not be purchasing again and will go for a more recognised cologne.
