Four Sigmatic coffee is decent. I don’t necessarily taste the mushroom in the coffee itself, which was a pleasant surprise. I will say that the coffee was very smooth; however, I did not feel as energized with Four Sigmatic as I usually do with my other coffee beans.

I can't really tell if I'm getting much from just the mushrooms (with coffee or when added to) or not. The protein powder is pretty good, but it's not something I use a lot.

Love four stigmatic & have been using for years. They are innovative & created their own category. I do wish the products contained higher dosages of active ingredients aka mushrooms.

I'm into it. Love the instant coffee packets. I know, they're not cheap. But, I appreciate the low caffeine content (and that it's clearly listed on the pkg). It's a nice little luxury with the right amount of kick. Tastes great, too.

I really liked it, but found it too expensive to have everyday. It's more for a once in a while treat for me.

Good formulation of adaptogenic mushrooms. Flavor isn't anything to write home about, but I don't see this being an issue when you're looking for the nutrition. Cost is a bit high, as you can formulate the mixtures from bulk supplements for cheaper, but most don't want to. Ease of use is great.

Love love love four sigmatic. They have such amazing coffees with functional mushrooms. The packets are so convenient and I love that they have so many different options of flavors and benefits. I feel like four sigmatic was one of the first functional mushroom brands.

I have tried both the Adaptogen Blend and Mushroom Blend and loved both! Both stir into hot drinks very easily (but expect a little bit of a gritty texture towards the end), and had a noticeable impact on my energy levels throughout the day. I've since moved onto adaptogens in capsule form but would return to these if I wanted to re-introduced a powdered form into my routine.

I enjoyed these as an alternative to coffee.

I've been a Four Sigmatic user when they first launched, and purchased several times. Honestly don't know if I actually feel a difference, but I like to believe there is no harm in consuming good-for-you mushrooms. Worth purchasing when you can get them on sale/promo. Coffee doesn't taste great, but it's ok if you mix it in real coffee and make a latte out of it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Four Sigmatic's mushroom instant coffee is incredibly convenient, tasty, and easy! I like keeping a few packets stashed in random places because I never know when I'll need a coffee. There have been several occasions while traveling when I hunted through my backpack for a packet to make coffee in my airbnb

Really love this brand. Love their just-add-water easy approach for their coffee and their cacao mix was a nighttime ritual for me. I like being able to purchase each pouch individually

Didn’t taste that great, I hoped it would have more flavor but tasted sort of powdery if that makes sense. I probably would not try it again.

I love Four Sigmatic Protein! I drink this everyday! I feel amazing and it really helps me hit my protein goals which can be hard without it. It taste sooo good. It’s not chalky at all! I always recommend this to everyone.

I found the ground coffee on Amazon after wanting to incorporate mushrooms into my daily routine. I found overall it made me feel more calm and balanced . Definetly would recommend
