I saw that Taylor Swift started using a @forme.science power bra & yall.. so I bought one and also Forme lux leggings. it's worth every penny. Seriously if you have scoliosis or posture problems, I can't recommend this enough. It helped my back and posture.

Forme has the best functional athletic gear you will find. The products simply work. You can perform any task while wearing and over time your posture and joint pain gets better and better. I personally love the Core tee. As a golfer I have neck back and shoulder issues. I can say that the core tee has definitely got my shoulders to sit in a better position and my back is now in a much better position with my posture. Forme is the absolute highest quality functional athleisure brand you can find. Highly recommend the products.

Before trying the Forme shirt, I was definitely quite skeptical of how a shirt can change you posture and have long-term benefits. After initially purchasing just 1 shirt, I got multiple and wore them 4-5 days a week every evening, might, and morning. Not only does the technology in the design “pull” your muscles and skeletal system into the correct alignment, but over time it trains your brain to maintain that position when not wearing the shirt. Now, as a professional athlete, I wear it while traveling and continue to wear the Forme products because they have eliminated any tweaks / strains in my upper body. I also went on to purchase the Ergo Short and have enjoyed wearing that too. Definitely give this product a try, it is absolutely a no brainer investment if you care about your body long-term.
