If I could give it a zero or even minus, I would. This bra is badly sized. I am 5'10" and 175 lbs. I generallly wear an L, but ordered an XL because sports bras are tight. I couldn't even get it over my head. Buyer beware: they will not take a return. They won't even answer you. They told my credit card company it's not defective or damaged, so they would not return it. Rip off and scammers! They lied and told my credit card company they responded twice, but I have never gotten an email and have searched my email. Go elsewhere. If you're not happy, they will not return your money unless it's damaged. You can do better elsewhere.

By far the best product for recovery. When I am traveling, after a workout, golfing, etc… This product is a staple for my recovery and should be yours too

02/04/2024 - I placed an order 24 days ago and am still awaiting shipment. Despite a shipping label and tracking number being issued, there has been no movement of the item since the label's creation. I reached out to customer support, who assured me that the item would be shipped "soon." However, when I inquired about a specific timeframe, considering the three-week wait I've already endured, there was no clear response. I might have to cancel my order and will update this review if there are any developments. UPDATE: On February 10, 2024, the item was delivered, however, it did not meet my expectations. Despite being advertised as a posture-correcting product, it fails to serve this purpose effectively. While the material quality is commendable, it does not justify the $165 price tag. I anticipated a product that would significantly support and straighten my back, but its softness equates it to a regular sports bra, lacking the necessary firmness for posture correction

Placed an order and my credit card was promptly charged. It’s been over 2 weeks and I have had zero response about my status of my order. Don’t expect to get the product you paid for, and do not expect that you will get any customer service to resolve. Fraudulent company. Beware.

I have been wearing Rose and Black Power bras to daily activities, gym, and desk work. I like how it is helping me with my posture in gentle way unlike an uncomfortable strap I used to wear. I aam feeling a good effect on my muscle, i think the bra is training my muscles to have a good posture. The bra design is super cute and attractive. I received many compliments on my Rose bras. I needed help in choosing a correct size and Customer Service rep kindly help me order a correct one. I’m going to buy other Power Bra colors, too!

My family love Forme products especially the Core tee for posture correcting. The fabric is really soft and comfortable. My father was amazed on how the shirts pulled his shoulders back when he put it on for the first time. Now 4 of my family members wear Core tee. Forme customer service was kind to make an exception return for me. I am going to try their socks and shorts next.

Great product and excellent customer support

I tried out a pair of sculpt + leggings from Forme, and they were amazing. These leggings are a game-changer for anyone who loves comfort and style as well as the unique function of core support. The fabric is breathable and what really makes these leggings special is the waistband. The waistband is so supportive of my core and back, keeps everything looking smooth, and everything feels tight & controlled in my mid section. It's different from any other leggings I've ever tried. The fit is impeccable, hugging every curve without feeling restrictive. Overall, I can't recommend these leggings enough. It's perfect for everyday wear as well as going to the gym.

The Ace Tee has been one of my favorite fitness related purchases over the last decade. Upon first fit, I could feel my shoulders instantly be pulled into the proper position, and I immediately felt more upright. This shirt has helped me in many different settings - at the work desk, when walking or running, and even when participating in sports like golf and tennis. Excellent product. Wear ever golfing outing. Have had bad posture for years carrying my golf bag and have always slouched. Not only does it help while I play but when I remove after planning my posture is maintained - as if my muscles have been trained to keep my shoulders back and stand upright.

Amazing! Must buy! I was contemplating rotator cuff surgery and after several months of wearing Forme I’m not only pain free but back to working out regularly. And all that without hazing to pay for or undergo surgery. Thank you Forme!

Game-changing products from top to bottom - awesome brand overall! I just started wearing the Ace Polo with Arch Booster socks and they have really made a positive difference in my performance and feeling as soon as 15 minutes after putting them on.
