I am a pro athlete in track and field and graduated from Campbell University and the power bra has helped me fixed my posture so well. While wearing this bra I was able to immediately notice a difference as it pulled back my shoulders to work on the alignment’s . Next time I would definitely have to size up but overall i love it! I definitely enjoyed the feeling of the fabric and automatic support that it gave my back. I tend to have really bad posture due to long hours of working and I automatically felt my spine being supported while wearing Forme’s shirts. I also found that their shirts weren’t super tight nor loose, just perfect in order to have comfortable mobility throughout the day. Their customer service was helpful and friendly too!

As a veterinarian, I am constantly moving and on the go. I will admit that overtime my posture has started to suffer from bad habits and my job. I have constant shoulder and neck pain. I started noticing how terrible my posture was. I found Forme through a friend and decided to give it a try! I started with the Power Bra and that's when I fell in love. My neck and shoulder pain has alleviated and I find myself looking and feeling better! Since the first Power Bra, I've invested in 3 more and a pair of leggings! I cannot wait to try more products!
