  • This review is purely based on consumer experience. While the brand and ethos and product are all brilliant, the service is far from desirable. For a company that talks about small batch top quality products you start to feel unseen unless you have a large amount of views on social media. I’ve made 3 orders in total. I love supporting a small business with an amazing product but.. although my first order arrived in a timely manner my second was nowhere to be seen. Multiple emails back and forth and still no physical product. Multiple excuses as to why my order had not arrived between shipping issues, customs issues on their end, website crashes.. all the while multiple posts daily of influencers receiving their gifted items while paid customers sit and wait… I waited over 4 weeks for my second order which was placed on the 15th of May 2025. I can see this product becoming popular due to the social media drive but they can’t even handle the steady flow of sales they have currently. There were several mentions of transparency and gaining trust but it really just feels like words currently. I’m still waiting on my third order… if I will ever get here. And I ordered things as GIFTS. Photo is of the blush set.. it’s amazing but again service is appalling.

  • I discovered Fluff on the TYB app. I love how beautifully timeless and minimalistic the design of the refillable compact is. I purchased the refillable blush and lip oil cloud compact. They are the same size but different colors so you can easily differentiate between the two. The cloud compact is quite heavy and sturdy. The refills that you purchase separately are actually extremely affordable and reasonable. For example the blush refill is $15 USD and lip oil refill is $14 USD. The cloud compact is the most expensive thing you will only need to buy once. They are a responsible brand that only launches 4 times a year. I love that the brand stands for products that keep things simple. The refills that you purchase separately are held inside the cloud compacts by a strong magnet. I purchased the cream blush refill in the color #1 Nervous. You can also use the cream blush on your lips. I bought one of the collaborative lip oil refills in the color #7 D Mishka which is a PH color changing lip oil that appears to be baby blue in the container and transforms into a perfect pixie pink. The lip oil is designed to be a balm/oil combo. The lip oil and cream blush feels good on my skin.

  • I love Fluff’s ethos, brand, and design! It’s cool to see innovation in such a saturated beauty market - Fluff has windows they announce online for when their products drop which is a great way to stay conscious about purchases compared to literally every other brand that has stock of their products 24/7 to encourage sales. Their packaging is so on point with trends while maintaining a timelessness and it gives off very “cool girl” vibes in my opinion. I have a lip compact that I have sitting on my bedside table because it’s so gorgeous it doubles as decoration! As for the actual lip balm…it could be improved. It’s grainy like some other reviewers mention but I love that you can replace the small pan vs throwing the entire package away. I’d be really excited to see some new formulations and other makeup items in their packaging bc they’re killing that!

  • My review is based only on the lip oil compact and refill. The compact is truly a beautiful addition to your purse, as a tiny art object BUT the lip oil, whilst perfectly functional, is grainy. The texture is really not ideal for this type of product which is a shame. The purchasing “windows” are a very effective way to remind consumers to shop more consciously- you can’t just jump online and fill your cart just because you need your hit of retail therapy. I also enjoy receiving the newsletters and getting an insight into the founder Erika’s business decisions.

As mentioned above, the texture of the lip oil is not great. In saying that, I remain very interested in supporting this business and trying their other offerings.
