We have been using these vitamins for over a year and it is the only ones my 11 year will take regularly. We purchased the probiotics as well and he says they aren’t as good but he manages to get them down. He is very very picky so I’m going to call his a huge win!

I enjoy the flavor of these gummies as it feels like a little treat. I don’t know that they are very effective or not yet. This product is very expensive compared to others so I don’t think I would continue purchasing this.

My daughter's autistic and it has been on their gummy. Since she was 2, they've changed the color of their packaging. They've changed the gummies, the flavored, the texture. Now, shoe doesn't want anything to do with them. Now that i've spent a hundred dollars on gummies, they feel like sandpaper now

It's very frustrating to buy a product and be subscribed without my consent. That's what happened to me. Be very careful if you plan to buy this product. The automatic payment will make it seem like you subscribed yourself. And the worst part is trying to cancel the subscription because they don't allow you to cancel it directly. You have to contact support via email and wait for someone to help you. I spoke with two people previously, telling them I wanted to cancel, and they did nothing. On the second day, the third person finally helped me with the cancellation. It was truly very frustrating. So think carefully before using your credit card for a purchase on this website.

My son has been taking these daily gummy vitamins for a couple years now and really likes them. I do like that they are made without gelatin and have a lower amount of sugar than other brands of vitamins.

I appreciate the mission of the company and I’m sure others had good experiences, however I did not. I did a lot of research before picking these gummies to try and in all the research the exact same thing many people warned about happened to me. I purchased some of the children’s vitamins for my two toddlers. Neither of them liked them. I tried on multiple accounts. I contacted customer service to see about a refund and was told I should try again to get my children to like them. After going back to customer service they finally gave a refund. Fast forward 8 months…I see a $154 charge to my credit card from the company. When I contact them they tell me I was setup for subscribe and save and never cancelled it. I find buried down at the bottom of the site a way to manage subscriptions, however the website throws up an error message every time I try to cancel the subscription. As a web designer, it’s disappointing to see the design is setup to be difficult for users. After contacting customer service again telling them the situation, asking them to cancel the subscription and a refund for the items I didn’t order they told me they don’t provide refunds and can’t cancel the order even though nothing had shipped. Again, these products may work great for you. But as a small business owner myself, I just find they are not a customer service first company so just make sure you stay on top of your account.

I am formally documenting my experience with First Day and the issues that have arisen with my recent orders. After my initial purchase, First Day charged my account for a subsequent shipment at nearly double the original price, and this increase was made without any prior notice or authorization. The total charge exceeded $300. In addition, after taking the vitamins as directed, I experienced significant adverse reactions, including severe migraines, nausea, and escalating pain. My healthcare provider has advised that these symptoms were likely triggered by the vitamins. For this reason, I discontinued use. I requested a refund under First Day’s advertised 45-day money-back guarantee. Despite meeting the stated criteria, First Day has refused to issue the refund or address the unauthorized price increase.

Full disclosure: I used to work at this brand. But that has not clouded my judgement about their products, which are incredible. Genuinely amazing, backed by science vitamin formulas + super yummy taste. Soooo bummed I don’t get product for free/on discount anymore! Their womens and kids gummy vitamins are exceptional.

Taste great - it is a multi-vitamin but I like it! :)
