  • We have been using these vitamins for over a year and it is the only ones my 11 year will take regularly. We purchased the probiotics as well and he says they aren’t as good but he manages to get them down. He is very very picky so I’m going to call his a huge win!

  • I enjoy the flavor of these gummies as it feels like a little treat. I don’t know that they are very effective or not yet. This product is very expensive compared to others so I don’t think I would continue purchasing this.

  • My daughter's autistic and it has been on their gummy. Since she was 2, they've changed the color of their packaging. They've changed the gummies, the flavored, the texture. Now, shoe doesn't want anything to do with them. Now that i've spent a hundred dollars on gummies, they feel like sandpaper now

  • It's very frustrating to buy a product and be subscribed without my consent. That's what happened to me. Be very careful if you plan to buy this product. The automatic payment will make it seem like you subscribed yourself. And the worst part is trying to cancel the subscription because they don't allow you to cancel it directly. You have to contact support via email and wait for someone to help you. I spoke with two people previously, telling them I wanted to cancel, and they did nothing. On the second day, the third person finally helped me with the cancellation. It was truly very frustrating. So think carefully before using your credit card for a purchase on this website.

What is First Day?

First Day sells vitamins made from organic fruits and vegetables.

In their own words

The vitamin industry is full of misinformation, literal “snake oil”, bad ingredients, and outdated science from more than 60 years ago. Enter First Day, a science-first wellness brand for modern families. First Day took on a different approach, instead of giving you a multivitamin with a little bit of everything, they dug through tens of thousands of nutritional studies and found the key nutrients that most people aren’t getting from food. Next, they worked with top pediatricians and epidemiologists from Harvard and Yale to create First Day's science-back recipes. After 2 years and 17 recipes, First Day finally has the goldilocks of gummy vitamins: everything you need and nothing you don’t. First Day's mission is to support families with good habits that make a healthy impact, so they can build a better future. In its first 18 months, First Day donated over $1,000,000 of vitamins to Feed the Children to help during Covid-19.
