I am allergic to fragrances. I have ordered their fragrance free detergent twice. First time they made a mistake and sent me the scented version. Second time, they sent me the correct version however it still smelled like essential oils. Company was quick to reply both times - they offered a free return and replacement on the wrong item and an apology on the Petitgrain smell to their fragrance free version. Apparently they do not separate the tubs and tubs absorb the smell of essential oils. So you get unscented powder stored in a scented tub. Which makes the powder absorb the smell and it defeats the purpose. If you are allergic then skip this brand (or pay pretty extra for the glass jar every time). They said they don’t have facilities to separate the containers which is fair, but makes it nowhere easier for people with MCAS and allergies. Overall I would give customer service 5 stars, product performance 5 stars also, however the dire necessity for product to be truly fragrance free leaves 1 star for the unscented version.
