  • Very good experience. I needed more appetite stimulant and nausea meds for my dog who is having tummy trouble. No problem. Dr also prescribed some Flagyl for me to have on hand if we need it. I am fully impressed with my interaction with Dutch. I did not need the medicine immediately so I can not speak to shipping issues, but I did see where I could have paid for the medication to be overnight if I'd needed that. For me, and what we needed, this is service was excellent and most welcome to this multiple dog household.

  • The idea that I can get an advice and treatment for my cat without taking her for a car ride just blows me away every time I use Dutch. Sunny (my cat) gets so anxious going to the vet's office. The Vet at Dutch was very professional and kind. I got the meds for the eye infection at Costco. The service is very affordable and website is easy to use.

  • Dutch has made life extremely convenient for me & my dogs. It is very inexpensive given the value that it provides. I have 3 dogs and going to the vet can be quite a hassle as I usually take them separately. The Vet we had was amazing and surprisingly responsive. The platform is lovely and very easy to use to book appointments. I can’t say enough about what a life changing experience this was for my busy schedule. I highly recommend Dutch for anyone with pets.

  • Highly recommend using Dutch! User friendly and very convenient! My dog has anxiety going to the Vet's office, so the telehealth service is a great alternative. Scheduling was a breeze and I had no issues connecting with a vet. Despite the appointment being online and some people's negative views on the telehealth platform and how it seems less personable, I feel the opposite! Our vet was very engaged and took the time to get to know more about my dog, his history, and how she could best help my dog. I was able to get a prescription the same day. Again, highly recommend!

  • We love Dutch! My cat suffers from anxiety and getting her into a carrier to take her to an in-person vet is a nightmare. We found Dutch and were able to schedule an appointment right away for a video call with a real vet. It was so nice talking to an actual person who had years of experience in their field from the comfort of my home. We were able to get meds prescribed for my cat and they were delivered right to my door! Highly recommend Dutch to anyone who has a pet!

Vet was extremely helpful and responsive, and the action was plan he suggested was multi-tiered, giving me a couple different options to consider in case one action plan didn't have the intended effect. The platform is designed to make everything - from booking an appointment to describing my dog's situation - easy to use. Highly recommend if you care about your animal(s) and keep a busy schedule which might make a visit to the vet's office difficult to fit in.

  • This is like virtual doctor appointments for humans during covid times, but for pets. So I was expecting a similar experience. The vet and scheduling was great! I loved the vet‘s knowledge, care and professionalism. It was nice to not have to drive to my usual vet and carve out too much of my work day, or have to wait sometimes up to days to get an appointment. Getting the meds was really convenient and Buttercup got what she needed!

  • We’ve had nothing but great experiences using Dutch for our golden, Theo. I love the convenience and ease of being able to talk to a vet and getting our dog’s medications online. We’ve always been able to get appointments right away, every vet we’ve talked to has been wonderful, and the medications we ordered came super fast.

  • My dog is very anxious. Dutch makes it very easy to set up an appointment and see a vet right away. They come up with an action plan. With some training and meds, I am hopeful this will help. Way better than taking him to a vet and waiting in a waiting room, which only makes him more anxious.

  • Great experience using Dutch. My cat had an eye infection and I was able to meet with a vet and get medication all in a single day! Their website and portal is easy to use. My cat is grateful! Would definitely use them again!

  • So Dutch is a very good company! They do work with multiple veterinarians, just because they are used all over the country! They are legit licensed veterinarians! And I just got off a video call with one of them very nice lady she helped me quite a bit. My last call to a veterinarian which was about eight months ago, I had a very hard time signing in cuz it was my first Zoom call with them so he helped me out and I just took pictures of my animal and sent them via email and he took care of us that way! My first prescription from them which was flea medication I had a very hard time getting from anybody and this veterinarian stepped in and had chewy send it to me! Which I thought was great! The whole Dutch experience is very good! I don't understand why nobody thought of this before! Five stars for me!

  • If I had to depend on this company my dog would be DEAD! I will not use this company ever again. And they won’t refund me, when they didn’t even send the medication! This company is a scam don’t use! And the customer service is a joke no one even reached out to me. The doctor even ignored my emails. Don’t use this company especially if it’s an emergent situation and you need meds quickly. They took my money and will only refund me 35 dollars for some reason when I even paid for faster shipping they still didn’t mail it out or bother to write me back.

  • Paid for the annual subscription, and cancelled after one month. In theory, this subscription veterinary service is a wonderful idea. The problem with Dutch is that they just cannot deliver on any of their marketed services. I am giving 2 stars because the ability to get a veterinary consultation is quite good. From the time I signed up, to the time I met virtually with a vet, it was a matter of hours. The vet, Dr. Levan, seemed lovely and knowledgeable. She prescribed medication for my dog's ear infection. I waited. She put in a treatment plan for medications within 2 hours from my appt, and I paid immediately. Five days later, the pharmacy had still not shipped the order. I spoke with customer service, who initially said traditional customer service lines such as "we appreciate your patience," and "medications may take 5-7 business days to receive." I was on business day #4. The medications arrived after 9 days from ordering. This was 7 business days, and was within their timelines. It was a terrible shame that my dog had to wait with an ear infection for this time. The medication prescribed was used for 10 days, with no relief of symptoms. I scheduled another consultation. Dr. Levan prescribed new medication. I waited 7 days, and just reached out to customer service, who used the same lines that they had used previously. I am now 3-weeks into my subscription, and I am not seeing any results or service. I have paid for several medications, one of which didn't work and cost me $120, and the other which hasn't shipped yet. I reached out to customer service about the lack of quality service, and they refunded me the second medications... and cancelled the prescription order! So I waited a week and they just cancelled my order instead of shipping it immediately. Needless to say, I have an appt with a veterinarian tomorrow for my dog. Oh well. Like I said, it was a good idea, but it never got off the ground.

  • Stay away . They are not ready for prime time . After my pet appt with their Vet , they kept emailing me and asking me to book an appt with a Vet to confirm the medication for my pet . I had to pay twice for the medication to solve the problem . Yes they refunded me but I had to go through the hassle of reaching out to the Vet after the appt and their customer service . Then three days later I get an apology from the CEO that they are having shooojng problems . I am still waiting notification that my shipment has left their facilith . My dog is still sick and we are waiting for the medication that I paid for .

  • DO NOT THINK THIS WILL GET YOUR PET MEDS QUICKLY. Your pet could actually worsen while you wait for their arrival through Dutch. My puppy clearly had an ear infection. I was on vacation with him visiting family so we weren't by his vet and I tried to utilize Dutch to expedite some ear meds for him. I paid the subscription fee (36 dollars) and was seen by a vet who prescribed him ear medication. The vet told me his med would not arrive for a "couple days" with standard shipping so I selected the "Rush Shipping" option which cost 20 dollars in addition to the med cost (roughly 65 dollars). Despite selecting "RUSH" shipping the medication wasn't even set to arrive until March 4th which wasn't told to me until March 1st despite placing the order on the 23rd. ALMOST TWO WEEKS before my dog would have the medication despite "RUSH shipping" and additional money spent. They're also a site that only does email support so good luck getting any complaint addressed. I had to go see a vet in person to get him ear meds quicker. Waste of time, money, and effort. Just go see a vet in person.
