Love the bright colors and tons of options

This is a really fun brand! I think almost everything they make are amazing gifts for anyone who likes to have a little extra fun and spice in their home. I love seeing creative & well designed home goods, and the quality of their items is pretty good as well. We have a pair of oven mits (that I have to admit we don't use often because I don't want to stain them!) and a pepper grinder as well as a kitchen timer. All items I proudly display and don't feel the need to hide away in a cabinet, which I love. That being said, if I was searching for the BEST pepper grinder, this wouldnt be the one. We have a more workhorse pepper grinder for the kitchen, but this one is better as a tabletop grinder. Same with the mitts, they are of the cotton variety, so we have a pair of more rugged mits that we use on a daily basis. I think that everything they make is practical, but you're also paying for the visual design of these products which is the standout quality.

I love their products and colorways. I have the towels, the nightlight, and the slippers. The slippers are not great quality though very cute.

super cute patterns & interesting housewares! i own a few various things, like the placemats and a robe. they are super cute, but i’ve always had an issue with the quality of the products. robe has threads coming apart, and same with the placemats. dusen dusen products are pretty expensive, so it’s a bummer for them not to last as long.

I purchased some towels from Dusen Dusen about 4 years ago. Visually they are stunning. Who knew a patterned towel could elevate the ambiance of a bathroom? (Me, I did. I knew. That's why I purchased these towels) But..... minus 1 star because I wish the towels were fluffier and softer. Quality holds up though!

Dusen Dusen had their moment a couple years ago but always thought they were pretty overpriced for their products. The quality just does not seem to match up with the high price point. Cute designs though.

I redid my bathroom fully from Dusen Dusen. I have no regrets. The quality is outstanding and the colorful aspect makes my otherwise drab bathroom really pop. The prices are fair what the quality is and the uniqueness of them.

Love their unique patterns, they really add something fun to my home decor! The robe is my personal favorite. Very heavy and high quality.

I bought a set of towels and a robe from this brand. Overall, the pieces are visually STUNNING and they make my bathroom look so funky and eclectic! However, for the price point, I think the quality could definitely be better; my robe has significant snags in it from being washed, and I've only had it for two months.

I have a bedspread, bathrobe, hand towels, and throw pillow from Dusen Dusen and all are unique and high quality. The bedspread is the perfect weight for me (a light quilt) and the robe and towels are wonderfully plush and colorful. It is fun to see the new product designs they come up with and I think anything from the brand would make a great gift. It's just a fun brand and I haven't seen anything comparable. The products may be pricier ($30 for a hand towel, ~$140 bath robe, etc.) but they are unique and worth the price if you want to add a fun touch to your home decor.

Despite taking good care when washing the robe, mine has an unreasonable number of loose strings that are obvious given Dusen Dusen's distinctive colours and patterns. This is after only two washes. It's quite obvious Dusen Dusen's premium brand concept only extends to price point and graphic design, not manufacturing.

Cute designs, drop shipper quality. I saved up for a long time to get the pepper grinder and tulip shower curtain- you can imagine my disappointment after yearning to spruce up my home with these items, when I opened them up and saw how absolutely cheap and poorly made everything is. The shower curtain is poorly printed on a very cheap shower curtain. It also arrived with smudges on it, as if someone has used it. The pepper grinder is cheaply printed, and the designs have some air bubbles underneath and are chipping. It’s absolutely deranged to charge so much for these Temu quality products and claim to be an indie, artisanal company. 0/10.

I like the designs of this company, but I was very disappointed with customer service. I have been a repeat customer. On my last purchase, I ordered an item less than a day before it went on a substantial sale. Customer service effectively instructed me to return the item and reorder it as the only way to get the sale price. This would imply a wasteful $40 on shipping back and forth of the same item within the span of two days. I am saddened by this company's lack of environmental concerns and common sense. I would be unlikely to place another order and would encourage anyone keen to buy Dusen Dusen products to never pay full price.
