  • The packaging for these are truly plastic free and lovely. The powder didn't make a mess in shipping since there is a metal liner that fits snugly and holds the wooden spoon. I really appreciate these details. I'll definitely keep using the toilet cleaner--simple, easy to use! It foamed quickly and made it feel like it's working. I'm not totally sure about the dishwasher powder. Perhaps this is an issue of our dishwasher but the powder never got fully dissolved and leaves a lot in the dispenser. This happens with pods and the compressed powder tablets too which is why I was hoping this would work better. I didn't notice a big difference in how clean our dishes were but it wasn't worse. I think I'll keep using it for a while though. Lastly, I've been using the wool wash for cleaning my sweaters in a sink. I never use the silicone cup, I just plop a tiny bit in the sink. Again, I don't notice a big difference in the cleaning from other products but given the eco friendlier nature of this brand it will definitely be in our rotation.

  • I ordered the Dirty Labs laundry detergent and it was honestly fine. It didn’t come with a measured, which is surprising for a liquid detergent and kind of annoying, but on a performance level I can say it’s fine. I used it on regular loads of wash (didn’t have stains for testing) and it did the job of cleaning it, but so does much cheaper laundry detergent. The brand did include samples of their dishwasher powder and that I actually will likely purchase. I had some not so clean dishes that I put in the dishwasher and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean they came out.
