Dirty Labs is a cleaning innovations lab on a mission to make petrochemical-based cleaners obsolete. 

We founded Dirty Labs to create the change we want to see in the cleaning industry — a sustainable, biobased approach to cleaning that’s rooted in science and aligned with nature. Too many cleaners today still rely on petrochemicals and harsh synthetics that pollute the environment and our drinking water. About 40 billion loads of laundry are done in the United States each year. Most of those loads include hazardous chemicals, including EPA classified carcinogens, that enter into our water supply.

By utilizing breakthroughs in green chemistry, our team of chemists and environmentalists are out to prove that sustainable, biobased cleaners can actually work. Our promise is to deliver on par or better cleaning efficacy than conventional cleaners without the use of any sulfates, ethoxylates, parabens, fillers, California Prop 65 chemicals of concern, and EU listed fragrance allergens.

Absolutely love how good my clothes smell, while the product is good for me and good for the planet. Saw a TikTok about the brand and wanted to try it, now I've been loving it. I used code THEBRANDBLUEPRINT10 for 10% off my order for anyone else wanting to try the brand.


My FAVORITE detergent. Yes it’s great for the environment, but it actually outperforms on stain removal in the wash vs all the “recommended” brands you can buy. I was shocked. Smells great, works beyond great, and is safe for the planet-it’s a no brainer for me. 

I tired the Magnolia/Bergamot/Cedar scent which I thought was underwhelming, I wish I could've tried the other one as well. A lot more expensive than the typical detergent but does the job regardless, I probably wouldnt purchase again mostly because of the price point.  

To start, my absolute favorite aspects about Dirty Lab cleaners are that they are nontoxic and biodegradable, but also that all packaging is recyclable and the company is devoted to sustainability. I've reduced waste in my house significantly because of the size of the refill bottles and the recyclable materials (i.e. aluminum and cardboard), as well as the soap concentration. One load of laundry takes only a few mL of soap AND the soap is cold water optimized, which reduces energy usage from hot water. On top of that, the scents are incredible but light (jasmine, magnolia/bergamot, and yuzu) and I feel like my clothes and dishes are truly getting cleaned. Dirty Labs uses a bioenzyme technology that does a fantastic job of cleaning and removing stains. I'm very glad I made the switch to Dirty Labs for my own health and wellness, my clothes, and my environmental impact. 

I loved this because it’s not only better for your skin and clothes but also smells good! Plus you don’t need to use a lot!

I have used several dirty labs products, and they are all great. The laundry booster is amazing for workout/ sports gear!

I tried the fragrance free laundry detergent - Wow I love it. I really appreciate the concentrated formula, ever since I've learned a lot of common laundry detergents encourage people to use more detergent than they need I've been conscious about this sort of wastefulness... Really appreciate a brand that shows you up front how little you need (of course it's also a concentrated formula so it makes it even less than a generic brand but still).  I know some reviews mention it's quite sticky to deal with but that did not bother me personally :) 

This product works on dirty laundry and leaves it with a very clean scent.  I like the packaging, very clean looking. The only part of the packaging I don't like is the measuring cap.  I don't like that it is a plastic like material.  

I love the fact that one little cap of this stuff cleans a whole load of laundry. I just wish the amazing scent was just a little bit stronger. I’m probably in the minority, but I like opening the dryer and smelling like essential oils. Otherwise, this stuff packs a punch! I bought one in each scent, and I love them both!
