    Daye products are the way forward support period pain. Having a sustainable product that also feels so much better makes this monthly time slightly easier.

    I’ve been using Daye for over a year now, and I’ve tried all their current range of products. My favourite is the CBD tampons which have helped significantly with my menstrual cramps. My second favourite is the ProViotics which i choose to take orally for my gut health, as I suffer from GERD. Overall, a very good and well researched brand!

    The CBD balm works perfectly for my wrists when I have RSI as I’m also an artist. However, on my abdomen it takes longer to kick in. I’m assuming it’s because my wrist has much thinner skin which makes it easier for the balm to be absorbed than my abdomen which is thicker and has a lot of fat. Not sure what can be done to make sure it’s absorbed quicker.

    I feel so happy finding Daye. Their products are amazing quality, their website is informative, and they have made me feel more clued up on my own health than ever before. They are also very environmentally friendly and listen to feedback. Plus you get a cute free travel tin with the tampons.

Daye is a female-founded gynae health start-up on a mission to close the gender health gap for good. We started out with the invention of the world’s first pain-relieving tampon, designed to support the 90% of women, who experience menstrual cramps. After helping over 75,000 women & AFAB individuals kick period pain to the curb, we launched our second generation tampon to facilitate the at-home detection of vaginal infections, STIs and HPV. Next, we want to develop solutions for under-served gynae health conditions like endometriosis, PCOS and menopause. Within the next five years, we will build an ecosystem where every woman can understand, monitor, and improve her health from her smartphone.
