The flavor is ok. I didn’t really experience any feeling of relaxation, “high”. The other downfall is the calories and sugar. It just didn’t give a ‘seltzer’ vibe. Last, I’m fairly savvy with websites and paying attention to the fine print, didn’t even realize that I was automatically put on a subscription. I cancelled it right away, that I will admit was easy and no $ penalties.
These gummies taste delicious! I tried taking only one and that was the perfect dosage for me. I recommend starting slow. Just one made me very relaxed and soothed my anxiety. I had an amazing night's sleep, too. I highly reccomend these.
