The flavor is ok. I didn’t really experience any feeling of relaxation, “high”. The other downfall is the calories and sugar. It just didn’t give a ‘seltzer’ vibe. Last, I’m fairly savvy with websites and paying attention to the fine print, didn’t even realize that I was automatically put on a subscription. I cancelled it right away, that I will admit was easy and no $ penalties.

I took one gummy in the afternoon and it took about 45min for me to start feeling sleepy. I took a 4 hour nap and woke up not feeling groggy which is usually the case when I take a nap in the middle of the day. I will be using these on long plane rides to knock me out during the flight.
