COUNTERFEIT ITEMS. Purchased 2 white fox tracksuits that are terrible quality and have holes in, and I sent photos again and again and they don’t reply. They are terrible. AVOID

This company has a lot to learn about customer service. I bought 2 hoodies and a pair of sweatpants. I received my items and didn't realize the sweatpants had a hole in them until after their ridiculous 5 day policy. I reached out and asked politely if I can send back the pair with the hole and receive a new pair. They flat out said NO. $40.00 for a pair of sweatpants is ALOT. They should be top quality sweatpants. I would understand if I had made a mistake ordering color/size and asked but this was a factory defective item and they JUST DON'T CARE. Also? I copy and pasted reviews on Facebook and Instagram and they BLOCKED ME, instead of manning up and taking responsibility, they played a teenagers game and blocked me. Very professional! This is what happens when you have no idea how to run a business. They spend all their time on socials replying to comments. Your money does not go toward any mental health programs, it goes to all the influencers and social media secretaries.

Such a disappointment. Awful company awful customer service. I’m out close to $600. This did not help my anxiety only made it worse. After weeks of trying to get a straight answer and getting nothing but the run around and 5 different answers. I give up. Comfrt you win! You stole my money. Caused me anxiety. I’m beyond disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Package never arrived, they said it wasn't their problem and to contact the shipper, the shipper says they never purchased any sort of insurance so they can't help me either. If the company isn't going to cover lost packages then they need to at least pay for the insurance. I paid like $10 to ship this product. They have also blocked me on FB and possibly IG because I no longer see their posts even when I try to search.

I absolutely love the sets I got (pacific blue and bone) I will say I sized up because I wanted them to be cozy and they were a little too baggy so I exchanged for my true size and they were perfect. For reference I am 5’2” 125lbs and I got a small in both top and bottom. 💙🤍

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don’t trust them, i sent a return back for “store credit” , that’s fine.. but then it apparently was “lost” in the mail and they never got it, and refuse to honor the store credit. The customer service just kept telling me there’s nothing they can do. My wife also hated their hoodie and sweatpants when I purchased it for her, and then this. Not worth it. Don’t buy and waste your money

Okay, so if you're looking for the most ridiculously comfortable loungewear set, this Comfrt one might be it. I'm obsessed! It's got this nice weight to it that feels seriously snuggly, like a big hug. I'm usually between a medium and large, and I got the large – it's the perfect oversized, cozy fit. My boyfriend actually joked that I need to take it off because I've been living in this thing! Honestly, I get why he's annoyed – it's hard to wear anything else. Here's the thing, though: This set is EXPENSIVE. Like, way more than I'd usually spend on sweats. Is it super soft and amazing? Absolutely. But at the end of the day, I'm not sure it's THAT much better than something you could grab at Walmart for a lot less. Bottom line: If you're willing to splurge for the ultimate cozy factor, this set is a dream. But if you're on a budget, you can probably find something pretty similar without breaking the bank.

The customer service is awful, they do not let you cancel orders, they make you pay for shipping, and they do not offer refunds they make you do in store credit, I brought this up on there Facebook profile and they ended up blocking me.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL I PURCHASED A SWEATSUIT AND SIMPLY WANTED INFORMATION ON AN EXCHANGE AND COMFRT REFUSED TO RESPOND TO THE EMAIL. THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER FOR OBVIOUS REASONS AND THEY IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU HAVE SIMPLE QUESTIONS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T COMMUNICATE AND RESPECT YOUR DOLLAR!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Very unhappy with the LACK of customer service. I have written 3 emails and have received 3 autogenerated ROBOT responses. This is a huge disappointment!! HAS ANYONE EVER SPOKEN TO A REAL PERSON CUSTOMER SERVICE??? If so, how?

I love my sets! I’m 5’3” 115 pounds and I ordered a small bottom and medium top and love the oversized looked! They’re so warm and soft. Highly recommend!

After reading all the great things for this product I ordered a set. After receiving my product I tried them on, they r very thick and course, I didn’t care for them at all. I have high anxiety thought maybe as they said it would help, unfortunately it was so big and heavy just would make my anxiety worse. No worries thought I would just return them and let it be. Went on the website to return them and this company does not return items only gives u store credit !! Well, if I don’t care for this one why would I buy another product. I shop on line a lot, for the price I paid u would think this company would stand behind its own product! So highly disappointed!!! DO BOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SEEN OR FELT THIS PRODUCT NO RETURNS! Doesn’t say that when u buy them!! I rate this product “0”!! Don’t make my mistake!!

I was honestly so excited to try this brand and spent a lot of money when ordering. Well I never got my order and sent customer support an email. Well first of all it stated it would take about 48 hours for a reply, well it almost took a week. When I got the reply they basically told me “Oh well your loss, we don’t replace lost items once shipped out” I was in complete shock because companies who value their customers try to offer some resolution in situations like this. But they didn’t even offer anything and told me to just contact the shipper which I already did before contacting them. I have since filed a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. I will NEVER buy from them again. And I also told all my friends not to bother, because they were going to order after I bragged about this brand. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Not customer service friendly!!!!!!!!

ordered a few items that they showed in stock then after claiming my order was lost by carrier they tried to claim they no longe had the products in stock and i could get som other items instead. i wanted a refund they said no only credit to next order. bait and switch and poor business practice!!!

The quality is excellent but it’s definitely not weighted. It’s just like any other sweatshirt. It is very comfortable though and I love wearing it. They are very oversized. The shipping took forever. The return process was even worse AND you have to pay for your own return shipping.. If you want to get your money back, you can’t. You have to get a gift card. And make sure to follow up because the gift card takes a lifetime to receive. winter will be over before I get my sweatpants exchange. I really didn’t want to return them because it will literally take a month or more to get my new pair but they were just too big.

This company has created more anxiety than anything. The sweats are no different than the ones I already have from amazon, Nike and Champion. My under armors are softer than these. They delete any review that isn't 5 stars and there customer service is the worst. They accepted my return, but refuse to give me my money back. I will now have to dispute the charge on my credit card. I used affirm to pay, as their sweats are very expensive, it seems affirm will not give back the money until the merchant does, which shows me that affirm is not about the consumer, but that is a story for another day. Steer clear of this company. DO NOT BUY.
