Very unhappy with the LACK of customer service. I have written 3 emails and have received 3 autogenerated ROBOT responses. This is a huge disappointment!! HAS ANYONE EVER SPOKEN TO A REAL PERSON CUSTOMER SERVICE??? If so, how?

I love my sets! I’m 5’3” 115 pounds and I ordered a small bottom and medium top and love the oversized looked! They’re so warm and soft. Highly recommend!

After reading all the great things for this product I ordered a set. After receiving my product I tried them on, they r very thick and course, I didn’t care for them at all. I have high anxiety thought maybe as they said it would help, unfortunately it was so big and heavy just would make my anxiety worse. No worries thought I would just return them and let it be. Went on the website to return them and this company does not return items only gives u store credit !! Well, if I don’t care for this one why would I buy another product. I shop on line a lot, for the price I paid u would think this company would stand behind its own product! So highly disappointed!!! DO BOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SEEN OR FELT THIS PRODUCT NO RETURNS! Doesn’t say that when u buy them!! I rate this product “0”!! Don’t make my mistake!!

I was honestly so excited to try this brand and spent a lot of money when ordering. Well I never got my order and sent customer support an email. Well first of all it stated it would take about 48 hours for a reply, well it almost took a week. When I got the reply they basically told me “Oh well your loss, we don’t replace lost items once shipped out” I was in complete shock because companies who value their customers try to offer some resolution in situations like this. But they didn’t even offer anything and told me to just contact the shipper which I already did before contacting them. I have since filed a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. I will NEVER buy from them again. And I also told all my friends not to bother, because they were going to order after I bragged about this brand. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Not customer service friendly!!!!!!!!

ordered a few items that they showed in stock then after claiming my order was lost by carrier they tried to claim they no longe had the products in stock and i could get som other items instead. i wanted a refund they said no only credit to next order. bait and switch and poor business practice!!!

The quality is excellent but it’s definitely not weighted. It’s just like any other sweatshirt. It is very comfortable though and I love wearing it. They are very oversized. The shipping took forever. The return process was even worse AND you have to pay for your own return shipping.. If you want to get your money back, you can’t. You have to get a gift card. And make sure to follow up because the gift card takes a lifetime to receive. winter will be over before I get my sweatpants exchange. I really didn’t want to return them because it will literally take a month or more to get my new pair but they were just too big.

This company has created more anxiety than anything. The sweats are no different than the ones I already have from amazon, Nike and Champion. My under armors are softer than these. They delete any review that isn't 5 stars and there customer service is the worst. They accepted my return, but refuse to give me my money back. I will now have to dispute the charge on my credit card. I used affirm to pay, as their sweats are very expensive, it seems affirm will not give back the money until the merchant does, which shows me that affirm is not about the consumer, but that is a story for another day. Steer clear of this company. DO NOT BUY.

It's just a plain oversized hoodie company. This is the glorification of mental hospital clothing. How would I know that, I'VE BEEN THERE. I specifically searched for a weighted hoodie online because I was having troubling PTSD episodes, and this brand came up immediately. They have thousands of good reviews on their site, so I made the purchase. I now seriously doubt the validity of those reviews. The hoodie I purchased was not weighted and it was just an oversized plain hoodie. The inside is soft, but it gets hot so so easily, and I bought this to wear at work, which is usually pretty stuffy anyways. I wore the hoodie for 1 minute and decided I hated it and that I would never wear it again. Customer service WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN IT. They will assign you with the blame for not knowing the return policy. Now I have to make a "return", which means they are going to give me store credit. For a store I already know I hate!!! I am absolutely livid. I don't understand how they have so many five star reviews. There was only a single one star review, and given everything I've learned, I am convinced they make fake reviews. Just don't bother with buying anything from this brand.

Y’all I wouldn’t purchase from this company. They won’t cover your purchase if it says delivered but it actually was never delivered and you spent over $200 so now I’m out over $200 and I don’t have the sweat pants or the sweatshirts and they don’t care. I give them - ⭐️s

This company seems great at first.. but good lord pray to the shipping gods nothing happens to your package. My package for four items was split into two shipments, one came just fine which was a pair of pants. They’re fine and comfy, nothing wrong with them. But my other shipment that was DHL to USPS did not show up, even though it says delivered on 2/3/2024. I contacted their customer service team on 2/3/2024 after checking with my neighbors if they received my package. I didn’t get a reply until 2/9/2024.. and the package still hasn’t come. Their reply was that this basically wasn’t their issue, they’re not responsible for the package and to reach out to DHL and USPS. Well DHL and USPS say to reach out to the merchant.. so then I went to Instagram to try and get a reply. They kept reading my messages and not replying. So I commented on their post, then they replied and deleted my comment. I asked them to stop deleting my comments because it’s really horrible to do that to an upset customer. They deleted them anyways and lied saying no one was deleting my comments. At this point I doubt they’re going to help me find this package and $170 is down the tubes. I do not suggest this company and I will share my story on social media. Also as you can see, their glowing reviews are from ambassadors and influencers.. seems that they get their packages just fine.

It’s basically the same weight as a heavyweight champion sweatshirt there is nothing that would help “anxiety” for this weighted sweatshirt. It’s great uncomfortable, but the company has a lot of work to do on their customer service. That’s the downfall of this corporation.

I was so excited when my husband purchased a sweatshirt as my Christmas present. It was so comfortable and I was so happy with it, I decided to order the matching sweatpants. Placed the order and waited. Unfortunately comfrt uses a delivery company that is riddled with complaints about never receiving packages and getting no assistance. I fell into that group. The delivery company said they delivered the package during the time I was at home. I opened their tracking, saw they posted a picture of the front porch the left my package on, which was not mine, and tried contacting the mediated. According to the delivery company, it doesn’t matter that they delivered my package to the wrong address. Since it showed it was delivered and a photo of a porch was submitted, the delivery company was closing the investigation into my case and said I had to contact Comfrt so I did. Well, they were no help at all. Four days after I emailed them informing them what happened with their delivery company, I received an email asking to confirm my address on the order. I did and did not hear back. After another three days, I reached out again asking for an update only to be told I had received my package so they aren’t responsible. I have the picture of the porch the package was left on, I submitted a picture of my front porch WHICH INCLUDES the street number of my house which proves the the package was not delivered to my house. So, now my only recourse is to go and dispute the charge on my credit card. For someone who was so excited to get these pants, I cannot be more disappointed in how they chose to handle this situation. What an absolute joke. Buyer beware: great sweats IF you actually receive them. I’m tempted just to send back or throw away the sweatshirt. Big disappointment.

No. Look at a company’s return policy before you purchase anything. If you can’t find a phone number to call the company and don’t see a return policy or the return policy is vague or not good for the customer, do not buy from them. You can not return anything from them if it’s on sale. You can exchange within 14 days for the same product only. You have to pay for shipping. It sounds like a good deal since the price is more than half off but the price that it is, is more than a sweatshirt should be. They are mens sizes. I am 5’8” 160 pounds. If I want something baggy I get medium so I did. It’s a lot baggier than normal. So I can pay to return it and get the same one in a small. If you order sweatpants or a sweatshirt and you are waiting for the other one to be in stock it might not come back in stock. I would not buy from them because of their customer service. It’s terrible. There’s no excuse for it.

WARNING! Do not buy from this brand! I ordered multiple items 2 months before Christmas and in the beginning of December started emailing because I was worried they had not arrived. I got automated generic responses that weren't even answering my questions. I couldn't find a phone number or get a hold of a real person. Then I got an email that said they were lost in transit and to follow up with the problem with my local mail carrier. That was a complete lie! I knew the items had never even shipped because when I tracked them they had never shipped and I had never gotten the email that they shipped. After many emails of me desperately asking for a real person to help me, I got an email saying that after looking into it, my items had never shipped because they were out of stock. The kicker is that they were still advertising ALL of my items all through the holidays. I ordered 16 different items in different colors!!! So was their entire store out of stock but they kept advertising them as in stock??? I never received ANY of my items and I had ordered them for ALL of my children and spouses. Weeks later and they still haven't issued refund that I asked for! They are still sending emails like they never heard from me! I have NEVER experienced this level of terrible business practices and customer service.

i ordered two sets - one was fine the other needed to be exchanged- paid $70 to return the hoodie and the sweats - a week later i get an email the hoodie is out of stock and they would refund me but since the sweats were in stock they sent them. i emailed customer service because i didn't want the sweats with out the hoodie it was bought as a set for a gift and they kept telling me "here is a discount code" i don't want a discount code - i finally got a return label to which the sweats were sent back NOT EVEN OPENED- now they are telling me i was "misinformed" that they dont take returns- ok then why did your employee send me a return label ( package was signed for by them so they did get the return ) - i keep getting a different person every time i email and they just keep offering a discount code. i don't have the sweats and they wont give me a refund. such bad customer service i am so bummed i even ordered from them.

0/10 would not recommend First false marketing saying the hoodie is weighted and help with anxiety. Hoodie is not weighted or heavy in any way. They also have a terrible refund/exchange policy. Absolutely no refunds. You may only get an exchange if you start it within 14 days of purchase and you exchange can ONLY be in the same collection. And you get to pay for shipping it back. You do not even get a credit on their site or anything else. Choose a different size or a different color. They don’t care if you don’t like it. This tells me they don’t trust their product, I admit I should’ve read the policy beforehand But having gone through this, the hoodie is way to damn expensive to have such a shitty return policy. Along with the fact that they advertise it as a weighted hoodie.

BUYER BEWARE. As many other reviews say the customer service is terrible! The sizes are not accurate so exchanges/returns are a given. I needed to size up the hoodie and size down the sweats. I reached out by email and got a response sharing a link to get the “return” started. I put my order number in but it said that there was not an order with number. So I emailed them again for help in problem-solving that issue but am now worried I can get this done within the 5 day (stupid return policy). I’m three days in now and having issues and only being able to reach them through email is NOT conducive to returning within 5 days. And they don’t pay for return postage and not sure if they’ll pay postage for the correct size when/if they send it. Also…it’s not as soft and comfy as they describe. They claim it helps with anxiety but for me it’s made mine worse!
