This company has a lot to learn about customer service. I bought 2 hoodies and a pair of sweatpants. I received my items and didn't realize the sweatpants had a hole in them until after their ridiculous 5 day policy. I reached out and asked politely if I can send back the pair with the hole and receive a new pair. They flat out said NO. $40.00 for a pair of sweatpants is ALOT. They should be top quality sweatpants. I would understand if I had made a mistake ordering color/size and asked but this was a factory defective item and they JUST DON'T CARE. Also? I copy and pasted reviews on Facebook and Instagram and they BLOCKED ME, instead of manning up and taking responsibility, they played a teenagers game and blocked me. Very professional! This is what happens when you have no idea how to run a business. They spend all their time on socials replying to comments. Your money does not go toward any mental health programs, it goes to all the influencers and social media secretaries.

They did the samething to me I actually affiliated for them too never paid me, they belittled me, called me mens names, played with my head, actually text my personal phone number pretending to be the owner and I googled the number and it was some lady, they went unhinged on me, yelled screamed, so I spoke up and they completely blocked me.... So I called the Jed foundation they don't get donated too, the Amityville address is a renters cafe not affiliated with them I called them too... They just got licenced as a business in March of 2024, there based out of Bayside Miami Florida. Like I was so mentally abused. I'm disgusted Everytime I see there ads..ohhhh and my review on here they bribed me to change my original review and sent me a set for free..then my review vanished... I wish they'd get shut down... All these reviews I see the federal trade commissions should investigate them

This company sounds like SoftServe just rebranded to a different sweatshirt and sweatpants company. Right down to the cruddy, non-existent customer service. Disgusting practices :-/
