i love there hoodies they are amazing!!

Perfect! This hoodie compliments my style very well. It looks good and feels amazing. The slightly weighted material makes it super flexible with what I want to do when I want to do it. If I want to relax in doors while watching starwars I’d throw on this fit. If I want to go hit the gym I throw on this fit! You name comfrt can be everywhere.

DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They have no return policy and they will not let you exchange the item even if unworn. I purchased clothing that does not fit and they REFUSE to exchange my item for a smaller size. I feel this is unprofessional customer service and an unethical business approach. I don’t want money money back, just an exchange. They refuse to exchange my item. Please beware. I will be informing/protecting everyone I know moving forward.

First of all, their policy on canceling an order within hours of purchasing an order is outright ridiculous and insensitive. I had just purchased an order and within minutes needed to cancel and they're telling me I have to have a refund beware. Of this site!!!!! They are ripping people off!! And causing the customer problems than assisting the customer 🙄 Never, Ever again will I order from this site!!! BEWARE!!!!!

do not waste your time or money. I ordered this for my sister who struggles with anxiety and then something got messed up at the warehouse and i got two razor heads instead???? I emailed their support and its an AI robot! They told me it was delivered based on the label and their "system" but its hard to reason with a robot..... they told me to contact the shipping provider so i reached out to UPS and now im down $127.00 with no help from the company, they stopped responding after i kept asking to speak with a real person. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Don't waste your time.

Don’t buy these items from this company!! It’s a shame that I’m within their return policy limit because I cannot fit these darn clothes!! There size charts are misleading and they must be out here paying folks for these false ass reviews about the sizes, as well!!! I spent a lot of money and need my money back or the correct size clothes sent to me!! This is a shame when this stupid company don’t want to help you on something they couldn’t get right but penalizing me for!!! Smh…. Don’t by this mess!! And they suppose to promote mental health….well this is causing added stress!!!

Stay away from this company if you don't want to waste your money. The hoodies are not what they seem to be as far a quality and the return/exchange policy if basically non-existent. When I tried to return an item they told me that I needed to get "approval" first within 48 hours of delivery. When I email them about 3 days after delivery, they told me they could not go outside of this policy. The item was brand new with original tags and packaging. I just wanted good business and I was not being unreasonable. I will not do business with them again.

Save yourself a headache and do not buy from this company. I had a horrible experience with both the hoodie and the customer service, and am left completely bummed out and with a lot of money down the toilet. I loved the idea of this product but despite the price tag consistent with other *truly* weighted hoodies and the wild claims that this would be "heavyweight fabric designed for stress and anxiety" it is really not any heavier than my normal hoodies from any other company. It's also so ridiculously oversized that I would have to size down 2 sizes to get a comfortably "oversized" hoodie... which would be an XXS and they don't make those. Be advised that their return policy is non-existent and because the entire store is "on sale" they count this against you and consider all products non-refundable rather than what you assume would be clearance/specifically discounted products that can't be returned like most stores. Then they offer an "even exchange"... but don't get excited - it's not really an even exchange but rather they will let you swap for an even bigger size hoodie or a different color of the same product, and not for another style of the same price. They absolutely do not stand behind their products and trust that they are high enough quality to hold their own (which they aren't) so they scam customers out of money with sketchy "return" policies and rude customer service. Save your money and go buy a cheap hoodie that's three sizes too big to get the same basic product as this crap or spend the same and get an ACTUAL weighted hoodie from a different reputable company. Let me tell you, I'm wayyyyyyy more anxious from this experience than I should be after buying this overpriced hoodie.

Well I didn’t get my product, I told customer service and they blamed me and said there was nothing they could do. I am beyond words that they said I did not read the fine print so I am to be without the money and product. I guess next time before buying anything online I will read the full print. Worst customer service ever, my fault I didn’t get what I ordered and what I paid for.

I got the hoodie and the tank. The hoodie one of my favorites, but definitely thick and bulky. The tank is so soft but came damaged (ripped seam) and the Comfrt team stopped responding to me after one email.
