Disappointed

The worse experience I ever had ! I’m still waiting on my order that was supposed to be shipped on 10/23 and it was shipped separately, so my hoodie eta delivery is on 11/6. Also the worse costumer service, barely ever answers emails and it takes forever to even receive any reply. I do not recommend. Way too many similar companies out there to be dealing with this.


It seems 10/23 is the date of the orders they've completely scammed us all for. I got them to respond to my instagram message after they've ignored my email for the last 10 days and I was told they would immediately look at it. Guess what? Still haven't heard anything or had my order shipped.

I am in the same boat. I did a preorder for 10/23 shipment. I spent about $300 on 4 outfits. I have emailed twice and no response back about ship time. I know the email works because two days after I made the purchase I wanted to up my sizes they answers almost a day later. But since then the two other emails have had no responses. Does anyone know how to get our money back if this is a scam??

Still waiting on an order from September. Got my pants but not my hoodie. Can’t get an answer on and email and no phone number to call.

Same here they are lying what can we do

My order was for 11/6 they said hurricanes and port strike put them way behind on receiving stuff they needed to ship pre orders
