  • Buttery-soft fleece interior
  • Slightly weighted fabric calm
  • Plush, thick construction
  • Polished, minimal aesthetic
  • Inconsistent sizing accuracy
  • Long sleeves and inseams
  • Occasional fabric shedding
  • Loose threads on seams

Comfrt earns passionate reviews for ultra-soft, thick, slightly weighted hoodies and sweat sets that feel like a cozy hug, wash well, and look polished for travel, errands, or lounging; many say they help ease anxiety. However, reviews repeatedly cite inconsistent sizing (oversized vs undersized, long sleeves/legs), fabric shedding/lint, occasional loose threads, and severe frustrations with customer service, exchanges, preorders, and store‑credit‑only returns.

  • I have order a few times and own 4 sets. I had an issue last order but they made it right. They gave a 30% off and all was good. NOW- I put in a pre order in Aug. and was told Oct 1st I would get the shipment for the 3 sets. NOTHING! So I replied back to one of the sales text I get daily and that person said “ one was shipped Oct 4th and the rest will ship Oct 18 !( only after I was told 2 other dates that have came and went ) I was then told “ our team is on top of this please be assured we are taking care of everything and someone will return your text. Please contact customer service at blah blah blah.. so I did .. you get a return text telling you they will reply with if 3 business days .. 2 WEEKS LATER STILL NOTHING! I have sent 5 emails and still no felt! I made it clear there could be a missing package and just want my tracking ! NOTHING! Do you get my money for 3 sets and I don’t get even a tracking number??? WTF IS GOING ON? This company is using anxiety and mental health to sell their products but TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS?? I think it’s time to file a report with the BBB as well as have attorney General for business look into them and being a federal government employee trust and believe there is pull I could use if needed but yet why over $200? It’s the fact that they are either so far behind they need to get more help and answer emails or they need to figure out how to make things right because right now it’s looking like a scam. I planned on ordering 5 more sets but at this point I just want my order or my money back and cut all ties ! All these awesome reviews clearly come from people who have had no issues and for those of us that suffer from anxiety to have a company play games like this, trust and because it is a legal offense to mentally take advantage of individuals in this situation and a providers word is all it will take to get legal action started .. DO BETTER PEOPLE!! Mental health is real and people suffer everyday but this company is exploiting it and using it to their own advantage out of greed!!! I work within the federal government’s Health and preventative care department and all ages all walks of live from children to veterans SUFFER AND THIS IS NO MATTER TO USE TO BOOST YOUR SALES ! You have a great product but your honesty as a business makes it garbage and I will be filing paper work in all sectors against Mr Hudson and his company if I do not have answered by 10/23/24 ! DO BETTER AND BE BETTER!

  • I recently attempted to exchange an item for a larger size, as the recommendation was to size down, but even after ordering a large, the item was still too small. Unfortunately, I experienced significant issues with customer service. My email went unanswered for over a week, and when I finally received my refund, it was partially issued on a gift card and for less than the cost of an exchange—over $30 less. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the lack of communication and resolution has made it much more stressful than necessary. This level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect well on the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • I wish I could give it a - 5!! NEVER and I do mean NEVER will I attempt to order from this SHITTE company again!! Not even sure how tro explain the ripoff system they come up with! They keep your $$$ for months and months and I assume sometime in the DISTANT future you may get your order! I ALREADY wrote it off as a lessons learned, but I want to help others so I am wasting a little time to go with the $$$ I wasted!

  • I’ve emailed several Times and no one will respond. I ordered a set for my daughter and they didn’t send the sweatpants. The won’t respond or refund. Very poor customer service. May be a scam site.

  • I ordered 2 months ago and the delivery date was set for October 4. I haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve sent multiple emails since you can’t contact by phone and I have not got any email back or any contact to know if my stuff‘s being sent or if it’s not horrible customer service.

  • My package “damaged and discarded” per the delivery service Comfrt uses. I was unknowingly charged $1.95 for shipping protection, so I filed a claim to get a new order sent. After the claim processed, the total for my order was $26 more than what I originally paid ($90 to $116). I reached out to Comfrt twice in the span of 8 days and heard nothing. Finally my order comes and the sweatshirt was so massive that it wasn't even comfortable (ironic). I was hoping to exchange it for the size down, but the only option their website offers is to return for a store credit. However, the store credit is $9 less than what I paid for the sweatshirt (I paid $59, credit was $50). Now the sweatshirt is listed at $65. So on top of the additional $26 I was wrongfully charged for the delivery service’s mistake, I am out $9 and have to pay an additional $15 if I want the size that fits me. Comfrt has yet to acknowledge my concerns but I will be blasting my story to everyone I know so that no one gets caught in this scam of a company like I did.

  • I recently purchased a hoodie from Comfort Hoodies, a brand reputed for its cozy and stylish apparel. However, my experience with them was anything but "comforting." Initially drawn in by their promise of high-quality materials and perfect fit, I eagerly placed an order. When the hoodie arrived, I was impressed with the craftsmanship and texture, but there was an immediate problem—the size was too small. Naturally, I thought an exchange for a larger size would be a straightforward process. To my dismay, when I reached out to their customer service team to request an exchange, they informed me that they only offered store credit, not direct exchanges. This policy struck me as not only inconvenient but also problematic. It meant I would have to go through the entire purchasing process again, likely adding shipping delays and potential price differences. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of flexibility from their customer support. Despite my clear explanation that I simply needed a larger size of the same hoodie, I was met with scripted responses and no willingness to make an exception. Their rigid adherence to store credit seemed more like a tactic to ensure further spending rather than a genuine effort to resolve my issue. In the end, opting to use the store credit felt like a begrudging compromise. It marred the experience of what should have been a simple, enjoyable purchase. The quality of their products is commendable, but their customer service approach and return policies leave much to be desired. I would hesitate to recommend Comfort Hoodies to others, given the potential hassle in resolving issues that should be easily addressed.

  • My original order included the pastel pink standard sweatpants in a size MEDIUM. Upon delivery on August 8th, the pastel pink standard sweatpants that were delivered were size XL but placed in a MEDIUM bag. Now I understand things happen HOWEVER, I immediately sent an email ON AUGUST 8TH the DAY OF DELIVERY AND WITHIN THE RIDICULOUS 5 DAY TIME FRAME. I received the generic “we will get back to you within 48-72h due to high emails etc. please don’t send another email or it will take longer for us to get back to you” I followed up 2 times anyways with no response whatsoever. The company is who messed up my order and they did not respond to my email for 3+ weeks until AFTER you cannot return or exchange. I DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG TO ILLICIT A RETURN. COMFRT MESSED THE ORDER UP AND REFUSES TO SEND THE APPROPRIATE SIZED SWEATPANTS. So now I’m out $80 because I ordered a medium and an XL certainly won’t cut it. I have NEVER dealt with such ridiculous petulance regarding customer service. Their ridiculous with the “5 day exchange policy” when you don’t even answer fucking emails for 3plus weeks. Get a fucking customer service phone number or do fucking better with your customer service to begin with. I will never order from them again.

  • I placed an order for a sweatshirt valued at over $70, but I received a T-shirt instead, which isn't even the color I ordered. I immediately contacted the company, provided my order number and confirmation, and explained the issue. Despite following up multiple times over the past three weeks, I have yet to receive any resolution. They have not responded to my emails, and I'm now left with an incorrect item and out $70, along with hours spent trying to resolve this. I strongly advise against shopping here.

  • I bought the Comfrt contour tank top and within one month the hem along the neckline completely unraveled and detached from the tank itself. So sad because it really is so comfortable.

  • Return policy is infuriating lol I actually emailed to cancel the order about 2 minutes after I placed it based off reviews on sizing and comparison to other brands, but of course they managed to ship the item right before they responded back to me that it couldn't be canceled because it's already been shipped and now my only option is to exchange. Will definitely not order from them again. Disappointing at best.

  • While I do agree the quality of the product isn't the worst, I have to deduct stars for their return policy. Make sure you carefully look over your purchase once you receive it, because after 5 days they will not accept returns on damaged product. I made the mistake of not checking until I later wore the sweatpants I purchased, and there's a HUGE hole where the seams came undone. Kind of a huge bummer after waiting days to hear back from customer service, they can't even make it right. Guess i'll just sew it myself.

  • Bought $500 worth of sweatshirts and pants because their size guide isn’t guiding, with the thought in mind that once I got the right size I’d send the rest back. Finally got the right everything, requested a return and got denied. No explanation. On the site it’s clearly states 30 day return guaranteed. What a SCAM! Avoid if possible! Give your money to someone else!

  • i got the Tranquil sweatshirt for $35 (2 of them to match with my GF) the hoodie is very comfortable and feels cozy but i feel the whole “weighted” advertising is a bit misleading. it doesn’t feel very weighted, at least not to the extent the promotional material made it seem. if i think about it maybe it does seem a *little* heavier but if you had never told me it was weighted i probably wouldn’t have noticed. otherwise i’m pretty happy with the purchasez $35 for a mid tier hoodie isnt bad EDIT: i wanted to add how INCREDIBLY fast the shipping was. i ordered my 2 hoodies on sunday night and they arrived at my house midday tuesday.

  • Ordered over $400 worth got a 20% discount code by text and wife loved them. Wanted to order more had over $400 worth again in my cart. And this is/was today 7/4/24 Got a text for 15% off then a few minutes later that said we noticed you have some items in your cart that are our best selling and stock is low. Before we sell out here is our biggest discount ever. Went to use it and it said discount already used. Texted the number back and got a reply that said basically the discount is only good for 1st time customers and you can't use it. Even though we sent you the offer today knowing you already used it. Absolutely terrible to only offer discounts to 1st time customers and not care about loyal returning customers. Customer service is terrible and if you get something you do t like or doesn't fit you can't get a refund only a gift card for credit to buy something else.

  • Horrible. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever experienced in a company, especially one I can’t contact by phone. I placed an order for a matching cloud tee and shorts. I received the shorts, but was sent the wrong colored shirt. The outfit did not match. I returned the shirt in order to receive the correct item color. After I sent back the shirt, I was then sent the SAME, and incorrect, colored shirt a second time- and not the colored shirt in my original order. I contacted Comfrt AGAIN to let them know we still did not receive the shirt I ordered. I was told it was an error and they were sending the shirt. I was send an email with “tracking info” for our previous orders, not with any confirmation that the mocha colored cloud shirt was being sent to me. I never received my shirt that I ordered and no one has responded to my emails for a month. No refund. Nothing. Do not shop here.

  • Horrible customer service. They advertised a 30 day return period. I tried to return in 4 days. They denied the return request. Now im stuck with sweatshirts i won't ware! I ordered 2 sweatshirts in the same size. One is huge and the other is a good size. The one that's a good size just fits awkwardly. The sleeves are longer than the sweatshirt. It's the travel sweatshirt. Just say no because they aren't comfrtable

  • The quality of the clothing is good without a doubt. The loungewear is nothing special and the price point is too high for them in my opinion, all stuff you could get at target for cheaper probably. There is absolutely NO option for short or petite people. I have commented on their ig asking if they’d ever come out with any and my comments were deleted multiple times. They also delete reviews off of their page.

  • This clothes aren't for petite people , now I am stuck with a stupid gift Card from Comfrt because I don't wanna buy anything else from there .the Material is not that Great for the price .

  • Ordered a package may 16th. UPS has not received the order. This company chose to ignore the emails with blatant proof of unshipped merchandise. I opened a complaint and a case with PayPal (after corresponding with customer service for 2 weeks). With 10 screenshots of correspondence. And they replied with via PayPal: Comfrt June 4, 2024 at 5:36:09 PM EDT Please contact xxxx for further assistance with your order. Um, the 10 screenshots show all the proof I need. Customer service, Jalelle? who INSISTED they shipped the order about the same time as the reviewer below me. Now is the part where you take responsibility and refund or reship your product. Route package protection was never received, and you can’t report anything to route unless the package has actually shipped? UPS is not in possession of the product. Your company is an absolute insult to the support of mental health. Great marketing play, under the guise of mental health. I don’t see indication of donation? As for the product I had purchased in the past, the black collects so much lint it’s unwearable. I thought I’d give you all another chance. At least you all delivered the product last time. Your customer service statement under policies/refund states CLEARLY verbatim: “All Comfrt orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 48 business hours to ensure speedy delivery.” Do better. Your company seems to GIVE anxiety, not “comfort.” And your mission statement and values “a new era,” and “building good habits?” Maybe rethink the populations you target and the outcome of your actions. Ya’ll are a disappointment. Anyone else, look for weighted hoodies Google — 400GSM hoodies and sweats. They weigh more than their products, and cost a 1/4 of the price. Date of experience: May 16, 2024 - present Social media deletes reviews, and trust pilot lists people as having to resolve via the BBB (WHO THE COMPANY REFUSED TO RESPOND TO). FYI. Targeting vulnerable patient populations— you should be ASHAMED.
