I have bought the short set and the waffle, long pants and sweatshirt set, I am a new customer and the quality seems to be very well. The short set, while theshort sleeve top fits comfortably, but every bottom, whether it would be the shorts, the waffle, long pants, the sweatpants why is the waist such a thick elastic and so tight? I'm a size medium, but I have to buy a large and even a large the waist is tightly fitted. When you think of comfort, it's usually around your waistband that uou would like things nice and loose and comfortable. my only complaint is they should make a thinner waistband and not so tight, a more accurate true to size.

I returned the sweat suit but can't get a hold of them for my credit.

It feels heavier and sturdier than the cloud line (which I also adore though!) and keeps warmer in windy temps. Super cute and deep pockets. The hoodie is the best for when I’m most anxious. This is my 3rd hoodie order this month and I have not one complaint. And they help mental health!!! 50 stars. Highly recommended!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPAY! I made a first time purchase and purchased 5 sweat suits. My daughter's two hoodies were too small. I sent Comfrt an email. They do not do exchanges. I sent the hoodies back and they sent me a gift card to my email to use online. I went to purchase a size larger on the hoodies and the current prices were more than I paid for the 2 I sent back. I sent an email to see if they would honor my original pricing and was told no. They will NOT refund your money. Their customer service is probably the worst I've ever experienced.

I’m very disappointed with Comfort. I ordered four items and only wanted to return one hoodie because the color was nothing like what was shown online. I understand screens can make colors look different, but it’s obvious Comfort enhanced the photos to make the color look far better than what I actually received. When I returned the hoodie, instead of refunding my money to my original payment method, they issued me a $60 gift cardusable only on Comfort’s own website. That’s not a refund, it’s store credit disguised as one. Now I’m stuck with money I can only spend at a store I no longer trust. It feels dishonest that Comfort doesn’t clearly disclose this policy upfront. I kept three of the items I ordered, but after this experience, I would never shop here again. I do not recommend buying from Comfort. It’s not worth the risk.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Comfrt. I placed two separate orders, trying to find the right size of an item. After receiving the second order, I returned several items, only to be issued a gift card instead of a refund. I made it clear that I no longer intended to shop with them, as I had already made my final purchase. However, despite my request for a direct refund for the returned items, they refused to honor it. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction. I like the sweaters, but after this experience, I wouldn’t think of Comfrt the next time I need to buy a set. I definitely won’t be shopping there again, and I advise potential customers to be cautious when it comes to returns and refunds.

This is the most high quality, comfortable, versatile, and durable thing I’ve ever bought. I love this brand and the fact the main reason is for mental health is admirable. Good quality for a great price!!

I had a terrible experience with this company due to their lack of communication, unreliable delivery service, and zero follow-up. I was told my replacement package would arrive on August 14th, but instead it was marked as “delivered” on August 6th without me ever receiving it. I was never provided tracking information ahead of time, which meant I couldn’t plan to be there for delivery. When I rushed home after being told it was delivered, there was no package. I wasted over 30 minutes searching my mailroom. My leasing office then checked the security cameras and confirmed the carrier never actually delivered my package—they took a photo, then took the package with them. This 3rd-party delivery service is shady and unreliable. I immediately contacted the company multiple times, explained the situation, and even requested a phone number to speak with someone directly. Days later, I have received no real help, no replacement, and no accountability. What makes this worse is that I was even considering becoming an ambassador for this company and promoting them. I genuinely believed in their products and had already left them a positive review before this happened. This was supposed to be my birthday gift, and instead, it has been nothing but frustration and disappointment. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I placed an order with this company for 2 kids sweatshirts for back to school, and it shipped quickly! I was thrilled as this was my first purchase, I made after seeing an ad on TikTok. My order was place via TikTok shop, no issues. Within the week I had updated tracking with Voho shipping. I have never ever used this shipper before. Estimated delivery date was received. That day came and went and no further tracking updates were available. The following weekend arrived. Still no update. I reached out to Comfrt on a Saturday, via TikTok shop, as that's how the purchase was made. A few hours later I received a staring the response time was 48 hours and customer support was only available Monday- Friday 8-5. And that I should send an email to their customer support email address for further assistance. I emailed the customer service email address provided. Received a response Sunday that my package required special attention and someone would be in touch, and their response time was 48 hours. Sunday evening came around and I opted to contact the shipper for further assistance. The shipper (Voho) adviced my package had been lost and I needed to contact the merchant. At this point I'm furious. Monday comes around. I email Comfrt again, as I still hadn't received any communication. I advice the update I received from the shipper. Once again. Silence. Tuesday I contacted Comfrt via their Facebook page and received a response back. Advising the social media team could escalate my issue. So I provided all the requested information. Then was told it'll be 4-5 days before I would receive a response. I made Facebook comments on their public posts identifying my issues and making my complaints known - only for them to delete every single one. Over and over. I made 7 of these comments. All were deleted. I have screenshots for proof. This company is unethical, not professional. Offers no type of true support to customers after taking their money. And give you the run around anytime you make an inquiry. My issue is still unanswered and unresolved. But they instantly took my money! This was my first purchase with the company. And will 100% be my last! It wouldn't recommend them to anymore in the further and plan to follow up with a BBB complaint and the fraud department with my bank. This is unacceptable and quite disappointing.

Horrible customer service and their return policy is unreasonable. They also refuse to acknowledge any customer complaints.

After ordering, trying on, and going through the return/exchange process these are my take aways. 1. The products come package really nice. Make sure if you return them you have ALL the cards, tissue, and silica they packed with them inside your return. 2. The items run small, some 2 sizes too small. Order accordingly. 3. The return/exchange policy is horrible. 4. If you plan to buy, use paypal and/or AMEX. Both of those companies will take back the money for you if you have an issue. 5. Document EVERYTHING from original order, to tracking, and any followup emails (because that is the only way to protect yourself from bad practices of a company) 6. If you look at all the 5* reviews, 90% are from influecers for their brand. (This site shows you at the bottom of each review) HUGE RED FLAG!!

DO NOT order anything from this company. I ordered something that was in stock. It’s been one month and there has been no movement with the order. I reached out to customer service, and they don’t even respond to their customers. This is NOT a legitimate or professional company and horrendous customer service that completely ignores you and leaves you in the dark. I’ve never encountered a sketchier company. I commented on one of their Instagram post to advocate for myself and see if they would respond there, only for my comment to be deleted. I’m now trying to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge since I never received the items I ordered and cannot get through to the company itself. Please don’t lose your money, do not support this company. Do not allow them to continue to take advantage of their customers and take their money like this, and give them nothing, not even communication as to the status of the order.

I love love this sweat set. It is perfect for a travel day, classes or just to lounge in. it can be both dressed and dressed down for different occasions. I got a size up because I like the fit of oversized sweat pants and shirts.

Terrible product- even worse misleading returns policy. Only ship back, at your cost both ways, and you get a gift card. Needing to not actually refund is a clear sign of how bad their product is.

This is the shittiest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have yet to receive my order or a refund. And let's not talk about how long it takes to get a response.. 4Ever . Don't Buy

Absolutely love the entire CLOUD T shirt! I got the shorts and pants to match. I was very skeptical about making this purchase when i saw the negative reviews and comments made online. I am not a friend or brand partner, or being paid for this review, or a robot. I am leaving an honest review of my experience. I was scrolling on Facebook, saw the Cloud set AD and decided to try it out. And I was not disappointed THANKFULLY! I got the black set and the Cherry set. I ordered on a Thursday and received my items on a Saturday so the shipping was QUICK! My ONLY complaint is that these sets were WAYYYY too expensive. I definitely could have went on AMAZON and found something cheaper. But hey, YOLO. The material is soft and buttery, its so comfy and breathable, and the fit is True to Size. I was worried they were going to be Chinese sizes that fit entirely too small but they were not. So my point on this long review is, this company is legit, it is not a scam, and the clothing is just as described in the ads.
