Not as great as the videos make it seem and they have a terrible return policy. They deduct the shipping costs and don’t even refund your card. They just give you store credit.

It’s the perfect hoodie when you need to stay warm walking across college campus. I wish I bought it a size bigger but other than that it’s perfect!!

This company sucks. They sent me a completely wrong order and will do nothing to rectify it until AFTER I return THEIR mistake. I ordered my items in time for a vacation, and would have had them no issue except for their horrible customer service! I am a business owner and if I make a mistake, I rectify it immediately for my customer and deal with recovery after I have satisfied my customer. This is a proper business function. It astounds me that they put the onous of their mistake on the customer to solve befor they will make things right. HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL!!

I attempted to cancel a purchase immediately after it was made. I had just placed an order for a bundle when they prompted me with an offer to add another hoodie at half price. While toggling between browser windows, I accidentally clicked “add to order”—and just like that, the extra hoodie was processed. I didn’t want it. I tried to cancel it within moments. To my frustration, there’s no phone number. No live chat. Just email. And their email support? It takes three to four days to respond. Seriously? After an exhausting back-and-forth over several days, they told me they couldn’t cancel the additional item, nor could they replace it with something I actually wanted—or that even fit me. The one that was ordered was an XS. It wouldn’t even fit my kid. They told me to wait until it arrived, then send it back. So I did. I reached out the day it came. Their response? I could return it—but they’d only issue a gift card. What an absolute joke. This was a frustrating, outdated, and flat-out awful customer experience from start to finish.

Overall I was pleased with the quality of fabric used to make the sweat tops and bottoms, I just didn’t like how long customer service took to respond and speak to me over issues with my order. But great products

Received a hoodie as a gift - and I get the hype! It's very comfortable, appropriately oversized, and not too have on the weighted front. I do t know if I'd buy my own, but will bring it back out in the colder seasons

Nice comfy cozy high quality luxe look and feel hoodies. Higher end and fits well. Nice earthy and neutral cool tones. Great for minimalists and it’s sustainable. Makes for a great gift and I lost a long time.

Comfort makes my favorite sweatshirt ever. No matter how many times I wash it. It is still soft. I like all the sales that they have going so it is easy to buy for me. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

If you’re looking for quality products at a higher price point, then this is a good company to checkout. They do simple basics very well. If you’re building a capsule wardrobe and want pieces that will last, I would recommend this company.

Super soft, comfy clothes

These are great for lounging around the house on a nice sunday morning. It really does feel relaxing to wear this with the extra weight that they carry. It almost feels like a light calming hug around your entire body.

Soft but you can tell that they are a product of good branding and not much substance to the brand besides for their message on mental health. Hard for me to get behind.

I don't know if the sweatpants are weighted enough to give the weighted blanket effect; however, they're extremely cozy and stylish. They're true to size. The color pigmentation hasn't faded at all after several months of washing. They're my go to at home sweats and with the sweatshirt, a cute set for out of the house. I also grabbed one of their heavy weight T-Shirts. The fit is kind-of odd and not particularly flattered or what you'd expect for an intentional oversized shirt but it super cozy for sleep and I may buy more for that purpose. Would recommend as a durable and cozy sweatshirt/sweatpant brand.

I bought these for a trip and they were great for the plane, after the first wash they are not as soft and the color fades very easy but they were comfortable on the plane
