Colourpop earns strong reviews as a reliably good makeup brand: its eyeshadows, glitters, blushes, lipsticks, and blue Volumizing Mascara deliver vibrant pigment, smooth blendability, long wear, and playful color stories. Reviews also flag weaknesses—glitter fallout in certain shades, brittle chrome gel liner that breaks when sharpened, inconsistent quality in larger palettes, and less impressive skincare and foundation—making shade selection and product type crucial when buying.

  • Bought these colourpop eyeshadows for $7 each from Target and they are absolutely stunning. Super creamy and pretty on the eye. You can apply with fingers for more impact, or with a brush for a more subtle finish. Wish i had bought these before getting the seriously over priced Patrick Ta eye shadow as these are way better!

  • Really pigmented for the price, and the texture blends out better than some high-end palettes. Tons of color options to play with, and the formula holds up surprisingly well throughout the day. Beautiful shades too.

  • I bought a glitter gel for my daughter for halloween and it is long lasting, has a big glitter payoff, and it's not sticky or irritating. It works on the skin or in hair. A little goes a long way. Love it!

  • Colourpop's Volumizing Mascara (in blue!) is probably my favorite blue mascara I have. It's incredibly vibrant, doesn't bother my eyes, and does increase my lash length better than some of my other more traditional mascaras! I'm a huge fan of colorful makeup, so this mascara is a necessity for me.

  • I love most colourpop products I've tried. Their skincare and foundation products aren't my favorite, but their eyeshadows, glitters, blushes, and lipsticks are great! It's such a good price point for the quality.

  • Love colourpop! Super nice quality and really cute palette color ways. Price point is good too, isn’t super expensive. Love the variety of shades and also different package sizes that they have available.

  • The shadows are very pigmented, especially the deeper shades like “Phantom” and “Mansion.” A little goes a long way, which is great for building intensity without going overboard. Most of the shadows blend easily, even the darker shades, which can sometimes be tricky. The mattes are smooth and buildable, and the shimmers pack a punch when I apply them with my finger. The packaging is adorable and on-brand for the Haunted Mansion theme. The design is fun and has a vintage, Gothic feel to it, which adds to the overall charm of it. While the palette has a unique theme, it’s still versatile enough to create both everyday looks and more dramatic, bold eye makeup. You can mix the warm tones with the cooler purples and greens for a variety of looks. The only problem I noticed in the palette is the glittery shades, like “Foolish Mortals,” can have some fallout, so I recommend applying them with a setting spray or using glitter glue to keep them in place. If you're not into glitter, you may want to skip these shades. I am used to glittering falling out from color pop because there hue colorful palette the chunky glitter ones do the same but the shimmer ones have no fallout. In the palette, Some of the shades, like the bright green “Grim Grinning Ghosts” or the purple “Hitchhiker,” are more niche and might not be easy to incorporate into everyday looks unless you’re into bold, statement eye makeup. This limits its wearability for some people’s, but, I like to always wear different colors of eyeshadow no matter the event or season I am in.

  • Updated to add: Unfortunately this eyeliner is very brittle and breaks very easily. I lost huge chunks at a time when trying to sharpen it. It was so beautiful on, but really frustrating packaging. I just tried the chrome creme gel liner for the first time - it caught my eye when I was at Ulta because it is "color changing" (shifts between a range of colors) and is glittery. It was hard to choose a color because there were quite a few interesting options, but I ended up with pixie. It looked so good on, didn't get any pieces of glitter in my eyes, and was very long-lasting. Highly recommend!

  • The Super Shock Shadows are so pretty and I love them so much!

  • I honestly wish they had more solid colors and options but there is room to grow, their products are so incredible and make me feel so good, they are so pigmented and great quality.

  • Colourpop has some incredible products that I love using. I am especially fond of their cream face products, their supershock eyeshadows, and their 9-pan pallets. All of the products are such high quality. They are also very affordable with a good shade range. The only thing I wish Colourpop offered was returns....But if you buy Colourpop from Ulta, you can return to the Ulta store!

  • Fun, affordable makeup to buy when you want to try out a fun new lip or eye color without spending a ton, or if they have a collaboration with a character you like, but nothing remarkable enough to incorporate into your everyday beauty routine. The most impressive product in their range is probably their eyeshadows, but even those are hit or miss. I would give this to a younger person in my life who is just starting to learn about makeup, but that's about it.

  • They have the best eyeshadow palettes! Product stays on all day, the price is fair, and they have tons to choose from. I love Colourpop!

  • When it comes to colourpop products I think they are good for the price. I do notice however that sometimes bigger eyeshadow palettes the less quality and pigment come with them. In. my opinion the individual shock shadows and the 9 pan palettes will always have the best quality. I wouldn't recommend buying colourpop from the website unless you are prepared for long shipping times. They also are not the best when it comes to responding quickly with customer service it can take up to a week .

  • Love their affordability, amazing quality and pigments. Everything I have tried from this brand has been a hit.
