  • I like to keep a bar in my bag for times when im running around and just need alittle snack. Whilst i do like the taste of Clif Bars i find they have too much added sugar for my liking. With all the options out there i just feel like you can find healthier alternatives.

  • Clif Bar Bloks are energy chews my son uses for marathons. Salt and energy with little volume in the stomach! They do the job and are organic. I’m not sure why this company continues to use sunflower oil claiming they care so very much about health. Otherwise good!

  • The Z Bar by Clif Bars are pretty sticky for small toddlers. I like the small package sizes and how the bars are easy to tear and consume on the go. The packaging is too hard for my 5-year-old to tear on her own so thinner plastic wrap would be more ideal. The ingredients are also decent considering the sugar content is lower than other bars.

  • I’ve been buying Z Bars by Cliff for several years now. I love to pack them in my daughter’s lunch or have them for her as a quick snack. They are a good source of fiber and whole grain and keep her full in between meals and sports.

  • Clif Bar is a wonderful option for nutritious treats. I must admit, I've tried and thoroughly enjoyed several of the Zbar's flavors, aimed primarily at younger consumers. However, the regular Clif Bar variety also offers great-tasting options that provide energy without the added junk found in some other brands.

  • I don't like the regular bars from this brand, but I enjoy their other bars. Their Builders bars are pretty decent. The lemon Luna bar I've tried from this same brand is amazing and possibly my favorite from them. Their kids Zbars are also very delicious.

  • The Clif BLOKS are great for backpacking, hiking, and exercising. They have great flavors and the bloks are not too chewy, just right. They have helped me on a lot of backpacks and hikes to help when I am sweating quite a bit and needing extra sodium and energy. Definitely recommend! I like the cherry and does not taste like cough medicine. The watermelon is also refreshing. I also enjoy the strawberry and mountain berry. A nice fun treat for yourself or to give as a gift to friends and family!

  • I had no idea the Clif Bar brand makes the Luna Protein Bars until looking them up further. These Luna bars have a good balance of protein and carbs. Most have a dense chewy texture as expected for protein bars. I like the flavor variety, including many that feel decadent.

  • If you see me out and about, it’s more than likely that I’ve probably got a Clif Bar on me. As someone who easily gets hangry, these are awesome to have on hand — they’re actually filling and full of great nutritional value. Some of the flavors are meh — I would definitely suggest to mostly grab the ones with chocolate in them.

  • I love Clif bars! My boyfriend's dad always makes sure to pack me some when traveling home from their house, so I have good memories of them! The chocolate chip and blueberry almond flavors are my favorite.

  • Not a fan of a lot of thier flavors (AKA the nut ones because I just don't like nuts) but you can't go wrong with a Mint Chocolate bar. Great snack option if you are looking for a bar that isn't quite as expensive as some of the more "trending" or "all natural" brands.

  • Z Bars from Clif Bars are a solid snack! They’re tasty, filling, and perfect for when you need a quick energy boost. The texture is great—chewy but not too heavy—and the flavors are satisfying. They’re a convenient, go-to option when I need something quick and wholesome. Definitely a reliable snack for on the go!

  • These are good on the go or in a pinch. Not my favorite brand but I will eat them if I need to

  • A good snack but I don't love the seed oils + fillers in them.

  • I really like Clif Bars and Bloks! The Bloks are a great alternative for sports if you are not a fan of gels for running or cycling. I always have a Clif Bar in my cupboard as well because they are a convenient afternoon or pre-workout snack; also great for hiking or when you want to eat something on the go. Some flavours are quite sweet and sugary so I am deducting a point for that.
