Good looking, clean cooking? Caraway makes non-toxic ceramic cookware that thoughtfully raises the standards of what you cook with.
We have the set in green and I love it for the quality and how it looks on the open shelving in my kitchen (I'm shallow like that). I like that it came with care instructions. I second that the outside of the pans can be hard to clean, and yes, they are pricey, but as far as non-stick pans go, these are the best. Also, really thoughtful packaging experience. Update: upped my rating from 4 to 5 bc Caraway just sent me store credit (I'm assuming bc they saw my review?) and that is EXACTLY how you score points with me ;-)
Nice funky colors. They stain easily though. I do love ceramic and the magnetic pot organizer. Kind of pricey but good quality for sure.
Easier to clean color coating.
I love this brand — I have the Caraway Set and the Always pan, and this is my preferred. It's a little pricey, but it comes with some great organization tools (keeps my drawers nice and clean) and the pans are so easy to clean + maintain. I cook frequently and they still look good as new. Plus, I love the non-toxic approach. Great investment for your kitchen if you can swing it. They seem like they last.
This is a tough one for me. After cooking on my roommate's peeling Teflon pan (ew) I bought these during peak quarantine (early summer 2020), so have been using for over a year now. I don't regret buying them at all -- I wanted a matching set and the ivory looked gorgeous out of the box. However, the bottoms get very easily stained, so they look worn pretty fast. They feel high quality, justifying the ~$400 price tag (although the largest pan is almost too heavy -- I can only hold it up for about a minute). Seems to cook things well, the smallest pan is starting to get marked up after a year. It's a good one-buy solution for small apartments, save for one thing -- the smaller pan can't get hot enough to sear/blacken anything, so I'll eventually have to buy a non-Caraway frying pan. Still gets 4 stars since they feel luxurious & I don't regret the purchase, but if the price tag freaks you out there are definitely suitable alternatives.
-Bottoms are stained after pretty much the first use -Largest pan is an absolute WORKOUT to lift -I personally don't have a use for the Dutch oven, so about $100 of the set just sits in my cabinet
