After some very thorough testing of each coffee blend, instant coffee, and consuming a full 5lb bag of Canyon Coffee. I can confidently say that this brand will not disappoint. More recently I finally visited their cafe in LA and that is additionally another 5-star review. The food and the ice pistachio matcha are a home run. Casey and Ally have created such a beautiful brand together and I look forward to continue supporting their mission.
The matcha pistachio is insane. I rarely finish a coffee / matcha etc, but drank Canyon's in 5 minutes. Most days they have it on tap so it's a quick in and out even when half of Echo Park is in the shop. The merch is great and I love the branding.

I love their instant packets. It makes coffee on the go so easy. I keep them in my camping gear too! I never feel like I'm missing out on my regular cup of coffee with Canyon Coffee instant packets. Sprinkle in your cup, add water, enjoy.
Really nice coffee and cute packaging! I sold these in my store years ago, and I loved the feedback we received from someone... "if you are just getting into coffee, this is the perfect flavor profile to train your tastebuds". So true! And it is just a pleasing taste overall to enjoy any time. They were also really nice to work with!
