Canyon Coffee offers a subscription coffee service and sells bags of freshly roasted coffee.

We believe in the ritual of coffee to bring us together, adding beauty and warmth to daily life. // We are a Los Angeles-based coffee roasting company founded by Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz in October of 2016, specializing in organic, single origin coffees. We opened our first coffee shop in August 2022 in the Echo Park neighborhood of LA.

If you’re in LA, go get the matcha pistachio. 

The matcha pistachio is insane. I rarely finish a coffee / matcha etc, but drank Canyon's in 5 minutes. Most days they have it on tap so it's a quick in and out even when half of Echo Park is in the shop. The merch is great and I love the branding.

After some very thorough testing of each coffee blend, instant coffee, and consuming a full 5lb bag of Canyon Coffee. I can confidently say that this brand will not disappoint. More recently I finally visited their cafe in LA and that is additionally another 5-star review. The food and the ice pistachio matcha are a home run.  Casey and Ally have created such a beautiful brand together and I look forward to continue supporting their mission.

Obsessed with this coffee. I get the Beachwood Canyon one delivered to me in a huge bag and I can't drink any other coffee now. Oh dear. (This probably sounds sponsored but I just love this brand and feel compelled to write this review!)
