I used the heavy cream to make a ganache and I was nervous because it was for a gift and I'd never used nondairy for this purpose. It worked really well and I don't think there was any way to tell that it wasn't normal heavy cream.

The thing I like most is that this milk has the same amount of protein as dairy milk, but half the sugar. The added nutrients are a bonus. The texture is thick and creamy, and the color is off-white. I could taste a bit of a pea flavor, but it is very mild. I think the price is reasonable compared to similar products from other brands.

I love this brand my day is lactose intolerant and picky but she loves this milk and it makes life easier

Califia Farms!!!!! I've been drinking milk alternatives for 10 years and ever since the new organic line came out, these are my go-to for plant-based milks. I enjoyed Califia Farms Complete Plant Milk. I enjoyed that it was nutritious, plant-based, and half the sugar of regular milk. It was creamy, and I'm sure that it would hold up when baking.

Califa Farms oat milk is a consistently good choice that is stocked at most grocery stores and the barista version is really good if you're just using it in your coffee!

The taste (for me and my preference) is probably the worst plant based milk I’ve tried. It’s hard to describe but I’ve tried both the almond and Oatmilk (in many different ways in flavors) that it is so overpowering that I can’t enjoy what I mix it into. I can also identify who uses this brand in small coffee shops and choose real dairy over this brand because of the taste alone. Sounds dramatic, but it’s just my personal preference.

Creamy and yummy almond milk. Not watery at all!

I've tried the oat and coconut milk. The coconut milk is my favorite and it's only 45 calories per serving ! I use it to make my chia pudding every morning, it's great. I also like how ergonomic the bottles are.

honestly, not great. bc it's stored in plastic, the milk always tastes like plastic. i never buy it for that reason

Solid brand for alternative milks. I've tried several different products from this brand and have never been let down.

i prefer this almond milk to any other brand, it tastes better and the ingredients are cleaner. i like the unsweetened vanilla.

Nice to add to my ice coffee

This is my go to for almond milk and creamer. They have a great variety and many choices in unsweetened, which I prefer. The texture is enjoyable (not too thick, not too watery) and it tastes great. More importantly no Carragean to upset my stomach!

Taste was ok and it wasn’t as creamy as other brands. I didn’t like the oily taste. Won’t buy again as there are way better plant based milks in the market.

I love their 3 ingredient plant-based milk. It's difficult to find milk brands that make products without the extra fillers and junk for a reasonable price. I've found Califia to be my favorite.
