I will give 5 stars for their organic almond milk, but only 3 for their non-organic products, which contain gums and oils that aren’t that good for us. Anyway, if you’ve never tried truly Just Organic almond milk and a little sea salt mixed in, you might be surprised by its different taste.
I love everything I have tried so far from Califia Farms. Their almond milk, their creamers, and their new drink options like the orange cream refresher are all delicious and nutritious options. The creamers in particular have fun flavors like birthday cake that add a great element to my coffee routine.
I've tried three drinks from this brand, but overall I've liked what I've tried. The matcha almond latte doesn't taste overly sweet and instead tastes grassy enough like matcha that I enjoy it. The caffeine level in this is relatively low which is fine. The price for the drink is pretty expensive, but otherwise I would consider getting it again. The complete plant-based milk variety, including the kids variant, is also very expensive, and I don't see much of a difference between them and other plant-based milks on the market. The taste for this one is also slightly weird and not a favorite. I had to drink it with a flavoring mixed in.
Califa makes great coffee products and creamers. I enjoy their nitro draft latte it has a nice smooth taste and flavor. It’s gluten free and vegan! They also have a cafe oat milk that goes well for your morning latte.
