Flavored Olive Oil

I love the Aurora Rosemary oil, and keep it on my kitchen counter for constant use upgrading basics. In general, I'm not a big fan of flavored olive oils because I think the flavoring is just used to mask less-than-optimal oils. But the rosemary is very subtle here, and you can still really taste the high-quality base of the oil.

I love Brightland products and I've given them as gifts several times and turned at least two of those recipients into people who purchase them on an ongoing subscription. Because they're pretty pricy, I have transitioned to using them mostly as finishing oils (vs. in cooking/baking) where I really want to taste the olive oil in the dish. I love the lemon, garlic and chili flavors the most. The bottles are also lovely and I reuse them for plant cuttings and give those as gifts to upcycle.
