Once again- a high quality Brightland product. I’ve bought several Brightland oils and I love all of them. Each kind has their own specific use in my kitchen. The essential cooking oil replaces my day-to-day regular olive oil. My main use is when I sautéed vegetables. It’s a great olive oil but if I had to choose, I would pick their infused oils over their essential cooking oil. All are very high quality and make great gifts .
Another amazing olive oil—the Brightland garlic infused olive oil is delicious. I have a little bottle of it. I mainly use this oil on pasta. It has the right amount of garlic flavor- not too overwhelming. It’s nice to add when you don’t have any sautéed garlic. It’s a quick fix. The bottle and packaging is also beautiful. I would love to try their other flavored olive oils.
This is one my favorite oils. I mainly use it when I’m making naan pizzas. It tastes great— a perfect balance of Italian herbs. It does have a little bit of spice to it but it’s not overwhelming. A little bit of oil goes a long way. Definitely a unique gift for food lovers or to add in a gift basket.

Herby and genuinely spicy, which I wasn't fully prepared for in the best way. It's mostly jalapeno-forward and you feel it, but it's the kind of heat that makes you want more rather than reaching for water. Funny enough I haven't put it on pizza yet. I've been drizzling it on pasta and on tomatoes with salt, basil, and ricotta and it's been perfect both ways. The flavor is bright enough that a little goes a long way. Worth the price. My only thought is I'd be curious what they could do with a different pepper base. The jalapeño works but it makes me wonder what the ceiling is.
