As a woman in my mid 40s i have absolutely seen a shift in my physical, emotional and mental wellbeing over the last few years. Its only in the last 12 months that i really learned about perimenopause and how much it effects woman. I got an ad on IG about this product and i'm not going the lie the stunning packaging really got my interest. Whilst i can't comment on the effects yet, what i can say is the packaging is beyond beautiful, the sachets are perfectly portioned and turn into a delightfully light fizzy drink. It dissolved pretty well and the passionfruit & blackcurrent flavour is light and fresh. I will come back and edit my review in about 8 weeks when i can comment on effects and if it helps my peri symptoms. EDIT: So its officially been about 2 months now and I am very happy with this product. It has seamlessly integrated into my routine (I put it on subscription) and if anything it has helped me to drink more water also. It has really helped with my mood & brain fog symptoms (especially in the Leutral phase) and also my leg and foot cramps which have greatly lessened. I know from blood work that i am always low in Vitamin D so i like that this has 125% daily value. I have tried both flavors and personally i prefer the Passionfruit & Blackcurrent. If you are looking for some Peri support this is a great option to consider.

I will come back and update my review once I have tried for at least 30 days. 3/5 stars for now! (3/11/26) UPDATE, 3/24/26 - I have been taking every day since 3/11 but missed last night. I had terrible night sweats (which was an issue before). So bad it woke me up and I changed. I am not saying its related but I am not, not saying that. I immediately took late this morning , so I didn't forget again! Looking forward to that 30 mark update as well. The process to purchase was easy. The reason I purchased is because it felt tailored to me and what stage I am at in life. The packaging is beautiful. Biologica went the extra mile to show they care about their products and how they make you feel before you even open the tin. The packets are pre-dosed, making this mindless and easy. One packet a day! I purchased the passion fruit and black current. I wouldn't say the flavor is amazing and I can't wait to have, but it's not terrible either! I feel very neutral about it and it is not a deterrent.

30 day supply of vitamins/minerals etc for women in their 20-40s. So far I like the tin can and easy individual packets. The powder does a decent job of mixing. It is an effervescent drink and I noticed that some of it does tend to settle - so you have to do a good job of mixing/drinking fast. The flavors aren’t very strong but it’s palatable. As for the benefits - I’m only a week or so in and can’t really see any changes. Will update in a month or two if I notice benefits

I ordered the Biiologica Postmenopause essentials.from their website. They did an amazing job of explaining what the Product Description is, then breaks it down by product research. The they break it down by what to expect by 90 days. I have taken this product for 10 days and one thing I do feel already is I am not so hot all the time. I used to wake up constantly sweating and pulling off the covers but I don't do that anymore. I have a 30 day supply and will let you know what happens after the 30 days if there is any difference. I urge you to go on their website a lot of information on there. The best is it is manufactured in the US. I recommend.

They say to take this for 3 months to see results so I can't speak to efficacy. However, I don't think I'll be taking this for 3 months as I don't love the product. I can see it working for other people but I'm not a fan of the flavor. The powder gets a bit fizzy (like those Nuun tablets) but it never fully dissolves. I add a little water at the end to get those last crystals. Given that I'm not a fan of the delivery system, I don't find it's worth the extra time to take this or the money. I like what they advertise in terms of what's in the product so it might work for others.

I have to say that this is the most consistent I’ve ever been with a vitamin or supplement regimen. Maybe it’s the cute box, maybe it’s because I already drink a lot of water and it’s much easier than a pill? Maybe it’s because I will leave it on my counter and I see it much more often than my bottles in the cupboard or in the fridge. I also appreciate that they did the research to specifically choose ingredients that are lacking in the average woman’s diet. I would definitely recommend this. Maybe the only negative so far is that the color of the packet in my water is not as visually pleasing as everything else about this. No concerns about taste though, I like it!

I really like how Biologica simplifies supplements for perimenopause — it takes the guesswork out of what to take and when. The packaging is gorgeous and feels very premium. That said, it’s a little hard to mix, so I usually end up drinking it with the powder and water partially separated. The cranberry flavor is fine, just not amazing.

I've been using Biologica Cranberry Lemonade for two weeks and have not noticed a difference in mood, focus, sleep, energy or digestive support. One pack dissolved in 8 oz. of water has so many vitamins (A,C, D3,C, B6, B12), calcium, magnesium, potassium that I will continue to take just for those benefits. The taste of the packets aren't too bad as long as I mix well and drink it before it settles.

So I’ve used the midlife essentials and I absolutely love them this time. I decided to take a look at the post menopausal essentials because I was curious and what was in it and if it would help me with my pre-menopausal issues. And yes, it helps with skin bones. It helps with mood attention. I pay attention so much better I was diagnosed with ADD and I don’t take any medications, but I love taking natural supplements for it and I’ve noticed that I have a better attention span and again my skin is glowing. These supplements are incredible and they taste so good.

I use this for a month and I’ve got to say that it has every single vitamin mineral that I need specially for stages of my life like midlife. I’m 47 years old. I was looking for regular supplements when I came across biological. I mixed the drink in warm water and I drink it before I go to bed every night. I’ve noticed my skin seems to look better. I feel better. There’s really something to this. I absolutely love these product. I’ve noticed less hot flashes. I’m not waking up in a puddle of sweat. This is really helping with all of my pre-menopausal symptoms, especially mood swings. My kids noticed that that’s been not as bad this month.

Gave it a try for a month then I couldn’t be consistent. It was really annoying that you can only mix it with water because sometimes water isn’t available. But definitely a plus for sustainability factors.
